Grand Rising , Breakfast was amazing really appreciate the service, I arrived around 4pm on the 19th our reception who checked us in omg I’m a little upset I can not remember his name, I do know he had a burgundy shirt n gold short curly hair a African American gentleman, he was unbelievably amazing so helpful very tentative to his guest, I felt so welcome n loved here, I truly appreciate the stay. Also I love the little sliders for dinner , you guys really showed your love for your guest, Thank you I truly appreciate the experience at avid hotel in Portland Tx . Thank You.
I just wish you guys had tubs. The shower was amazing, n I can say I love the DOVE, My favorite soap , but just the tub.

Comfortable beds and great breakfast.
They charged me twice and then when I called they transferred me to an international number and so I was charged an extra 150 on top of that
