The location is great as downtown Nanshan is within a walking distance. Metro No 11 is just around the corner. The room was Ok and the bathroom quite spacious.
The corridor was a bit smelly. There were two employees in the breakfast room and one of them had to do most of the work. She cleaned the tables, took our room number, maintained the coffee machine, refilled the food etc.
