Scam! Avoid!

Nothing.

This property is a scam. I booked it long time ago and one night before arriving I called the host to double check. The person said that the property I booked is not available because of some maintanance reason and they cab give me different one. At this point I didn't have options within price range so I went to that property. It was extremaly dirty, dusty, broken furniture. We stayed there for one night and went to different property with higher cost. This spoiled my trip to Pune. Now I saw more reviews from people sharing similar experiences with this property. Avoid!

Got downgraded because the apartment I booked is apparently not available for foreigners, got a 1 bed balcony apartment inside of 3 beds.

Royal Palms hospitality services is the best ever I found and safe for Females & Families 💖

The best thing about Royal palms hospitality services is they treat there all guest as Family . Everything was been Arranged the best way The entire Staff Krishna Rahul are the best and first Priority Comes The owner is a very young and Diamond person in his Talks and respectful Nature. Very safe location and the property cleanliness was 10/10. I will always recommend Royal palms hospitality services to everyone too Safe and secured for Females & Families 💖💖

expensive and significant mental distress

The day before our planned arrival in Pune from Mumbai, I received WhatsApp messages in the late evening from a representative claiming to be from Royal Palm Hospitality. They informed me that the accommodation we had reserved was unsuitable due to an electrical issue. To address the situation, they proposed an alternative property at a significantly higher price. Unfortunately, it was nighttime, and I was struggling with a weak internet connection, so I couldn't fully receive all the messages. Exhausted, I decided to sleep that night. The following day, while we were en route from Mumbai to Pune in a taxi, I attempted to contact the representative again. However, during our journey, he informed me that the alternative property he had suggested was no longer available for that day but would be open from the following day onwards. Given that I was traveling with my wife and children, I requested him to reserve the alternative property for two days and help us find another place to stay for the current day. He messaged me again, recommending a nearby hotel, which we accepted as our accommodation for the first day. Subsequently, we stayed in the hotel on the first day, moved to Royal Palm's alternative property on the second day, and spent two nights there. In summary, our stay in Pune not only incurred higher charges due to the change in accommodation but also led to additional expenses for transferring our luggage. Moreover, the whole experience caused us significant mental distress.

Property is nice but management is poor.

The property is nice in a secure locality. - The property given to me was not booked by me - Royal palms has changed the property without my consent

- Changing property without consent - Room was not cleaned for a day, I have to ask on second day to clean it and then only it was cleaned. - Bathroom was not clean when took the room. - Bill provided was without proper GST number of my firm though I provided the information twice - Breakfast was provided only on 2 out of days. - People talk sweet but not good in delivering what they say

Property is having wrong location and also no one responded upon reaching them multiple times. Pathetic response and irresponsible behaviour

The caretaker Raj was excellent and we thank him wholeheartedly.

Though I called about several times, no body picked my calls, while reaching the property. Hoping that somebody will be there at the property we reached and luckily the caretaker opened the door.

The transport facility from the location of the Guest House is not up to the mark. Otherwise, all is okay.

Changes in Apartments. We had to change the Apartments continuously as per availability. The former was good bit the latter was not good at all. Washing machine not working, geysers not working etc.

The property is located at a prime location. The apartment is spacious with a private terrace. It's a great place to stay with friends or family. The host is very helpful as well.

Private terrace was good. Its is centrally located to many places. Close to food joints. Cabs and autos are easily available.

Maintenance of the premises has to be improved. Setting beds, providing drinking water, cleaning the floor, have to be taken care of. Switches were bad. Fan could not be regulated.

I would say anybody looking for a spacious place to stay with the open feel of the sky this is it.

Location is excellent in middle of Koregaon park with all essential stores just across the building. The place is well maintained and very spacious with walkout terrace from the living room and an additional private terrace over the flat with access from walkout terrace. An appropriate place to stay with Family and Friends together. A very friendly and more than Helpful Owner Mr. Rohan , A Huge Thanks to him, and a very helpful Caretaker Krishna who looked after our needs well.

Nothing to write anything regarding as what we didn't like, as everything was excellent.
