Pas à la hauteur de nos attentes pour le prix d’une nuit.

- bel emplacement - bon petit déjeuner avec du choix - personnel plutôt souriant

- propreté à revoir largement, tâche sur les draps, matelas poussiéreux, plaintes poussiéreuses, beaucoup de détails très moyens pour le prix. - chambres de petites taille mais pas tellement dérangeant. - les poubelles sont cassées et il n’y a même pas de couvercle.. - SPA avec 1 bassin, 1 jacuzzi, 1 hammam et 1 sauna, c’est sûr qu’il ne faut pas être beaucoup en même temps car la place n’est pas énorme

L'emplacement de l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner très bien, spa pas trop mal.

Le réceptionniste n'a pas trouvé notre réservation., chambre petite et froide à notre arrivé. Verre et tasse sale dans la chambre.

Very tiny rooms , building is made of ....Wood !! so you hear the other guests upstairs ( walking on your head ) no mini frig in the room - no space if you come with more then 3 Suitcases

Nice room, but not cheaply put together. Tiles on bathroom floor sagged and moved, shower tiles not put in correctly so

highly recommended visit!

obviously a local business supporting other local businesses. the staff was extra friendly, helpful and easy going. even tho it was simple we never missed anything. the hotel is in the center and even with the public transport easy to get there. it’s located in a typical charming Elsass town surrounded by wine and castles. the spa is modern and clean and has everything you need. the opening hours are easy going. it’s totally worth to purchase the breakfast - noting missing there as well. at night you find local drinks and food near by. checkout time is late so that’s an advantage too. all in all it’s a great price / value deal plus super friendly and loving. another plus is we could communicate in German.

The breakfast was very nice and the staff in the morning were lovely. The location is excellent and it’s a very pretty hotel.

We booked late and unfortunately our room was in the back courtyard. The staff area was just outside our room and in the morning and we were woken up by their conversation and the smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a different room but that was not possible. On checkin the service was poor. The man was alone and overwhelmed. The next morning the gentleman was much more pleasant and did try to help us by speaking to the owner about a room change but was unsuccessful.

Good for an overnight. Not more than that!

Location is good & the neighborhood is beautiful.

I was given a room where the access was from a yard, it was cold and the floor was wet before entering the room. The receptionist wasn’t there when I checked in and I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes until he arrived.

Could not stand up in the shower as I had the room in the roof and the ceiling meant you have be less than 1m tall to stand up.

We would definitely stay here again.

We liked everything. The location was perfect. We took the bus & the hotel was a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. We didn’t use the pool or spa, but they looked amazing.

Exceptional

Great location just at the entrance of the beautiful Ribeauville old town. Although the hotel has no parking area there are plenty of options to park the car close by. New hotel, clean, well equipped and superb breakfast. We saw the manager every day present and keeping his eyes closely on everything, the staff seemed motivated too which all results with 10/10 hotel experience.

Room, small but very comfortable and well designed.

We booked this hotel because Room Service was listed as a facility (in a road trip with a 15yr old!) There was no Room Service which was really inconvenient as we arrived quite late in the evening. Also parking was a real problem and there was little help offered by the Hotel.

Comfortable beds, clean, modern rooms, tasty breakfast

-rooms very small -we have chosen this hotel because of the spa and pool bein available. Unfortunately we couldnt really enjoy the pool because it was overused, small ( 3 x3m) and most importantly it contained too much chlor to bear. The entire spa area was smelling strongly, the chlor smell made it impossible to enjoy the pool, moreover my child got skin irritation after using the pool. Absolute no-go! -unpleasant experience during check-out. Stuff has put extra items on the bill without prior consent. Disappointing.

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of picturesque Alsace

I loved everything about the property. I booked one night before going to pick a relative up at Frankfurt Airport. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel is well-insulated and very quiet, loved the blackout shutters, the air conditioning is amazing - modern Fujitsu system that really cools down to 19/70 degrees (unlike other hotels that say they have air conditioning and cool down by only 2 degrees). This hotel is beautiful and welcoming from the minute you walk in. The staff are friendly and go that “extra mile” to make sure you’re happy. The rooms are freshly painted with clean carpet and recessed lighting, tons of electrical outlets, a big flat panel TV and no-hassle WiFI that stays on continuously after you connect once. Rooms come with a desk for working in case you have to work in beautiful Alsace. The surroundings are lovely and there are several street cafes and great shops within a short walk. The hotel comes with ample free parking 2 minutes away (and you can park directly in front of the hotel for 30 minutes to unload bags). And the spa is FABULOUS. The pool is at a perfect temperature to cool off on a hot summer day and the jetted tub is exactly the right degree of warm. There’s also a wet and dry sauna and relaxation loungers to gaze up at the faux-star studded ceiling. Fruits and flavored water and teas complete the relaxation scene perfectly. They also have safes in the rooms and lockers at the spa. I didn’t have time for breakfast but I’m sure it’s lovely as the hotel staff really care about their guests’ happiness and comfort. Definitely coming back!

I’m a very experienced and picky traveler and there isn’t actually anything I haven’t liked. I’m actually pleasantly surprised. This is about as close to perfect a hotel you can expect and the price-to-value ratio is amazing. No complaints!

Totally worth to chose.

Ribeauville is amazing and moreover, it is a very good base for exploration of the beautiful region of Alsace. Hotel has a nice and cozy saunas where you can relax in jacuzzi drinking good tea or fresh water and eating fresh fruits.

Nice pool and air conditioning

Nice room, exactly as pictured. The receptionist was pleasant. The pool is nice and the shower is good.

You must remember a code to get back into the hotel at night. It would be nice if the room card let guests enter the building. There are limited hours for children to use the pool, and this can be hard to fit in during your stay.

style is great, looks beautiful and clean. feels warm and modern. incredible staff!

the rooms are small. door to the bathroom didn’t close. no coffeemaker. no small fridge with water eg. the beds were quite hard as were the pillows.
