Easy to navigate check-in and staff was accommodating when we had issues. It is a convenient location for what we needed.
No major issues. Perhaps add more to the selection of amenities.

Very convenient, very good price. The LG Styler Clothing Sanitizer in the room is out of my expectation. This machine can keep my clothes feel clean during travel. My stay is very pleasant in this hotel. However, if you need parking, you have to check the location clearly in advance.

Awesome hotel in a great location, directly in a busy shopping street, close to the main station and a lot of bus stations to get you everywhere. The check-in process with 3d modelled characters was fun, everything was available in English as well. Room was nice, relatively spacious and had an unusual (good) layout. Loved it, and would probably stay again.
Unfortunately the bed was very hard. Both of us didn't sleep too well. The bathroom was somehow isolated from the heating, making it rather cold.

Central to the shops and close to the subway.
The check in was atrocious, very annoying sound from the animation as one guest was having difficulty checking in while we were checking in, hard to understand and screen directions were not very clear. The gimmick of the animation wore off very quickly.
