Overall, a satisfying stay!

Good location in the heart of city - surrounded by restaurants and cafes and is walking distance to klcc. Reasonably priced for the stay here. Helpful staff.

Would be good if there was a full length mirror or vanity table with mirror in the room. Missing some kitchen cloth to wipe kitchen counter.

DON'T BOOK

DO NOT BOOK! It is not a true hotel. There are clear signs all over the building we were staying that short stays are not allowed and will be charged a fine. Our host or the person we got the keys from told us to lie about our length of stay and great lengths were taken to keep our luggage hidden. We saw another man who accidentky went directly to the hotel security get blocked from entering because he was a tourist and short stay. It was a very uncomfortable position and not at all felt safe at times we were in the building as we feared we would be found out and kicked out anytime. We are just glad to be out of there and safe.

Bathroom has no hook to hang towels or clothes. Room bad design of power points, have to boil the kettle under the desk.

Disappointing

The location is good.

The building itself is awful. The walls are paperthin, I could literally hear everything what my neighbour was doing, all her convos on the phone, how she was slaming the door of her closet, her arab Sting, and on and on. The room was not clean at all. The walls were durty with pieces of food (I hope it's food) stuck on it. All surfaces were either dusty or durty. I had to clean them up, so I could put my stuff on the tables. The bed sheets and the towels were realy dirty with all kinds of stains and black hairs. The furniture in the room is kind of useless. There are two more or less identical tables but they are too small and too narrow. There are only 3 electricity points: 1 is behind the bed, 1 for the TV and one is under the table, so every time I needed to plug smth (a kettle or a hair dryer) I had to crawl under the table. I did not like the check-in prosess at all. So I had to meet some guy at another building so he would give me the keys. After he gave me the key he told me to go to the appartment and he'd bring my lagguage later bacause *blah blah blah*. Me: Go where? Where's the apartment? He: You go right, left, to the gates, through the gates, left, right, left, right. Me; Where? Where's the building? What gates? He" *rolling eyes* Come! (grabbing my lagguage and pointing me to sit in the car)

Overall ok

All was good but may require some bathroom cleaning for the clogging of the drain holes because it gets clogs and it smells

Not my favourite list

The house.. Clean and cozy Walking distant to klcc. Children love the tv.

The parking not provided and have to pay for parking outside the residence. Swimming pool under Construction. Not much activities can do unless u really plan to walk around klcc park and suria klcc or u just want to relax at home and watching tv.
