Pros:
Great location: 5-minute walk to restaurants, 10 minutes to the beach.
Large, clean rooms.
Friendly, accommodating staff. Affordable rates.
Cons:
Minimal breakfast options (no fruit juice or variety).
Backup generator was not run during power cuts, leaving us with no electricity, Wi-Fi, or water pressure. Pool was out of order for two days and lacks shade umbrellas for sunny afternoons.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean. No problem with early check-in and late check-out. Generally good experience
7-8min walk from the beach, problem with electricity sometimes, dirty neighbourhood (but all Zanzibar is dirty)
