This was by far the best experience with a rental that we have had! Everything we could possibly need was provided by the host! The rental was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. There was extra towels, beds, tons of pillows and the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in ages! It was so invigorating to use the hot tub located right outside the unit. We will definitely be back!

We loved this property from viewing on VRBO to check in. Music was playing when we came in along with a bottle of wine and glasses. It was cozy, and comfortable and truly the relaxation we needed after our wedding and all the planning. Thank you for making our stay perfect! Only issue we had was finding the door to unlock, however it was 11pm and we were exhausted so it was probably us!

This was one of the cutest vacation rentals we’ve had the pleasure to stay at! The owners were very responsive and even hand delivered a giant chocolate bar for our kids to enjoy. The home had everything we needed and had the best outdoor space. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

PROS: Very cute studio with a beach theme. The evening sunsets were just lovely, especially from the hot tub. Everything was laid out very nicely and plenty of hot water in the shower. Very nice French press and Keurig machine. Full refrigerator and freezer with ice cube trays. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
CONS: A bit noisy in the early morning, so not the best choice if you want to sleep in. Found trash left from previous guest and no charcoal for the BBQ. You'll be cleaning your own dishes, taking out the garbage, and collecting used linens even with the cleaning fee.
Overall, a nice getaway for the weekend.

Check-in was smooth, space was clean, good parking. We had everything we needed and enjoyed poking around Birch Bay. We brought our pup, who was also very comfortable. We aren’t big TV people but loved having the channels available to watch the Mariners win this weekend! Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Seaside Studio for two nights and it was perfect. Beds were comfy, hot tub was amazing and the fire pit was relaxing. The coffee bar and treats made the mornings absolutely wonderful. Would love to stay longer

As we drove up to the property, you could immediately see the love that has gone into the grounds, but upon opening up the studio, there was a definite WOW factor here.
Tastefully decorated with beach and nautical themes, don't let this studio fool you on its size. Such a great use of space.
The patio and hot tub area create a private and peaceful mood immediately.

Booked a last minute spring break trip for myself and my youngest daughter. This place was the perfect getaway! It was so relaxing and so nice to have access to a private hot tub. My favorite was watching the sunset from the tub. We loved it! I can't wait to come back.

This is such a beautiful, comfortable space! Very clean, beds are great, and lots of thought and detail into the decor to make the space as relaxing as possible.
Kelly is a very kind and attentive host and always responses timely to our requests.
The location is walking distance to the little beach and about 5 min to downtown. Don’t forget to check out the Birch Bay Water park while your there. It’s a hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay, super clean, comfortable beds, private, quiet, lots of board games, full size fridge, good sized toaster oven we baked things in, nice gas grill, and best part is the wonderful hot tub. We met our host Kelly and her husband and they are really kind lovely people and very responsive to any questions. It’s a 2 min drive to Birch Bay State Park which was so nice to hang out at. And we loved the super low tide in Birch Bay with lots of sand and shallow pools for our toddler to play in. We look forward to returning to this sweet relaxing vacation spot again!
