About this apartment rental
Located right in the quiet center of Zingst, yet not far from the stunningly beautiful Baltic Sea beach, is the newly built vacation residence “Kapitän Parow.”
On the top floor of this beautiful house, completed in November 2011, you’ll find the bright and comfortable “Fregatte” vacation apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired.
This 58-square-meter vacation home, consisting of two rooms, features, for example, a wood-burning stove with panoramic glass panels in the cozy living area and a bedroom equipped with a Loom bed and high-quality 7-zone cold-foam mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Both rooms are equipped with an LCD TV (102 cm) and a DVD player. In the spacious, bright bathroom, you’ll find a double sink, an XL shower area with a rain showerhead, and a washing machine.
The white high-gloss built-in kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a Senseo coffee maker. The teak dining area and two small “reading nooks” also invite you to linger.
The large, covered southwest-facing loggia with adjustable teak furniture rounds out the overall picture. The apartment also includes a storage room for bicycles and a parking space.
The property also has Wi-Fi.
