Overall pleasant stay at a comfortable camp. Great kid's club and activities.

Check-in is at 4pm. Fair enough. Upon arrival at 2pm I requested for the key if the unit was ready early as we were carrying some refrigerated items that I wanted to keep cold. This turned out to be impossible, yet now everybody had to come at the same time. Some minutes before 4pm there was a huge queue outside already. We finally got to the front of the queue around 40 minutes later. I'm sure there must be ways to improve this process.

we enjoyed our stays with the view and Calmness!

Key was easy, it was on the box and we faced difficulties finding the reception hall! The address mentioned on the site, it doesn't take you directly to the Reception entry but nearby! We arrived after 7 pm and reception close at 5 pm ( which seems a bit early too) and fewer people were outside to ask for help! So it took a bit time for us to find the place

it was unclear that towels were not included and that this was an additional supplement. We are still waiting (after a week since we checked out) for the return of our deposit (€100 deposit in addition to the booking price!)
