素泊まりで静かで快適でした。新しく清潔でした。バスローブも借りれてありがたかったです。
部屋に卓上ミラーがあるとありがたいです。身支度するのに別の階の洗面所に行かねばならないのが不便だったりします。階段が少し急なので、上り下りお気をつけてください。

In a great location to see all the sights. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Shared facilities were very clean. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. When we checked out, we were able to store our bags for a few hours while we went sightseeing. And when we needed to go to the train station, a staff member tried calling a taxi for us but when it was going to take too long to arrive, he found one on the street for us! So kind of him to help us!

It was very clean and the area has good restaurants.
Don’t expect any service at all not even the sauna that was advertised.
We especially booked the hotel because of the sauna and were looking forward to it after a long day of hiking. We arrived in the evening and were informed that the sauna had to be pre booked and also came with an extra charge.
I explained that this was not advised on the website. The reception staff then had to call the boss who explained the sauna would have to be turned on and it would take at least 2 hours for it to reach temperature.
Later I discovered that the entire sauna area was used as a storage space. They lied to us and tried to discourage us from using the sauna.
I also wanted the hotel to help us ship our luggage. Again the staff said it wasn’t possible and upon my insistence they called their manager.
They then said it would take 2-3 days to ship but it would be quicker if we used the service at the train station. So we booked a taxi and took the luggage to the train station and they also said it would take 2 days.
If you are only looking for a bed in a clean room then go for it but I would recommend booking Hotel Amanek instead. They have a fabulous onsen.
