Uncomplicated and fairly priced place to stay.

Breakfast was good.
Room was big and away from the front desk office building.
Many outdoor activities like paddle board and kayaking. Scheduled activities as well like water skiing.
Perfect for family with kids of all ages.
Close to North Conway, hiking trails, lakes and national forest.

Big room and location.
Lack of amenities, check in was challenging due to keys didn't work and had to wait over 1.5 to get it resolved.
