We stayed at Paros Cape Suites to celebrate a milestone birthday, and the whole team went well out of their way to make the day special. From check-in to departure, we were met with smiling faces every day, genuinely helpful advice on beaches and restaurants, and warm, kind-hearted banter throughout our stay. What stood out most was how personal it all felt, this is a team that genuinely cares about their guests, not just going through the motions.
They also organised a rental car for us, delivered and picked up right at the property, with virtually no effort on our part. That kind of ease made a real difference.
Breakfast was included, and the spread was excellent and varied every morning. Cris, our barista and breakfast waiter, was so attentive and friendly, made our coffees to perfection each day, and it set the tone beautifully. The rooms were spotless throughout, thanks to Jo and Shin's housekeeping.
Stella and Philip in Guest Experience were wonderful, always ready with local tips and genuine warmth. George did a wonderful job with breakfast every day, and Sophia, the Hotel Manager, was so warm and welcoming and clearly sets the tone for a team that actually cares. Nothing ever seemed to be a problem, and they were all always happy to assist.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate a milestone birthday. Highly recommend, and a huge thank you to the whole team.
Honestly, the only thing that would have improved our stay is if we had opted for a room with a view. We had a partial water view to the side, but it was the room we chose when making the booking, so that was our choice. We loved the room, the layout, the terrace, and our private plunge pool, but we did wish that we had more of a view.

The staff were super friendly and so helpful with all of our requests, even when we were facing some issues with our arrival they made sure to accommodate us in the best way possible

The location and service here was outstanding. Right on the oceanfront, just outside of the main town so nice and quite but walking distance to all the action. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, they assisted us with transport around the island and to the airport, breakfast was lovely and great coffee.
