Nestled in Welches, this lovely house for $211 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautifully positioned at the edge of the golf course at Mt. Hood Oregon Resort, this inviting, two-level home in Welches is a place to enjoy all four seasons on the slopes of Mt. Hood. The living space features large windows that frame the surrounding greenery, a comfortable sofa and armchairs to relax you, and both a gas fireplace and central air-conditioning to ensure your comfort at any time of year. The sun-lit kitchen includes every essential appliance (including a cooktop on the peninsula countertop) and an adjacent dining table, while the multi-level deck offers a gas grill, furniture for both dining and lounging, and views of the neighboring fairway and green. After a day spent enjoying the resort's swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts, you can come home to toss your swimsuits in the private washer/dryer, curl up by one of the two smart TVs, and choose a favorite DVD or Netflix movie to watch. What's nearby: This home sits directly alongside the Three Nines Golf Course (made up of the Foxglove, Pinecone, and Thistle Courses) at Mt. Hood Oregon Resort in Welches, where you'll also enjoy access to the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Mt. Hood Highway is less than a mile north, home to an assortment of local favorite eateries and conveniences. Come wintertime, Mt. Hood Skibowl is only 12 miles east, Timberline Lodge is 20 miles east, and Mt. Hood Meadows is 24 miles east. Things to know: No cable service, but the smart TVs in the living room and main bedroom have Netflix; there's also a DVD player and assorted DVDs. This home is regulated by an HOA with rules for parking, quiet hours, and garbage placement. Guests will be asked to follow these when they accept the rental agreement upon booking. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Last minute swap from the house we reserved but we were pretty happy overall. Only down side was the next door neighbor had 2 dogs and barks a lot when they were out in their yard.
The grill was very clean and functional deck also citronella candles were available so we could enjoy the 4th BBQ dinner.
We were impressed with the property manager who was very responsive and gave us some good information about the houses and area.

The house is in a good location and neighborhood. Our only complaint was cleanliness. There were mouse droppings in the silverware drawer and the toy bin. I sent pictures to the management company with no response.

This is such a wonderful place to create memories with your loved ones…long talks next to fireplace, quiet walking streets and paths and so close to the mountain with the various activities there. Gorgeous!

We loved this place! Beautiful, spacious and unbelievably quiet as it boarders a golf course. Multi-level deck was a great hangout for morning coffee and evening dinner. I can't wait to return!

We booked this to go skiing at Mt. Hood, which was really good. This house is 30min from skiing and 30min from the town of Sandy, which has tons of restaurants and shopping. Welches also has restaurants and a small grocery if you want to stay close to home. It was the perfect base camp for everything we wanted to do. The house itself was clean and spacious and perfect for our little pug. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was a great location for us. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout of the house was great for our family.
The one thing that was disappointing was the fire place was not working and something we were looking forward to on our winter getaway.

We stayed at this house for two weeks. It was in a quiet cul de sac in a golf course, the only issue we had was the washer broke. Mgt was on it immediately, it wasn’t fixable, but owners stepped in immediately offered options for laundering in the interim, and a new washer was installed the next day. We stay at a lot of vrbos, having a response to an issue from mgt and owners is not a norm. And when other friends in the area didn’t have AC in the area, we were the envy of the ski group we were with-definitely will stay again…
