Great gym, nice breakfast. My room was fine, but I neglected to request a double bed and single beds don't cut it for me. My fault.
The reception staff need to have a better grasp of English, but they were certainly pleasant enough. My one gripe; I wanted to take a coffee back to my room after breakfast, but the dining room staff would not allow it.

Stayed there before excellent hotel
Only a small fault they ran out of my favourite drink at 2pm by the pool bar and wouldn’t have any until the next day,no mention of trying to get another bottle from somewhere just offered something else

Each staff I encountered was friendly and professional.
Restaurants, massage, beach, and local bars were all within easy walking distance.
Happy hour at the bar on the fourth floor included 2-for-1 drinks. After ordering, the staff brought two drinks at the same time. So, if you are two people splitting these drinks then this is great. But for an individual, by the time you start the second drink, it is already watered down from the melted ice. It would be better for the bartender to mix the second drink only after the first is completed.

Very clean and bright corridors. Room size very good. Bathroom same. Stone floors. Extra good beds!!! Air con easy to use and good power. Clean room and new furniture. Good lightning. Good shower pressure and good-size toilet seat. Good view to sea (room 7005). Quiet room no disturbance. Good tv. Good parking. At breakfast, the only thing worth mentioning is the omelet maker, good set of melons and the orange juice was ok. The staff ok and smiling. When arriving, the bell boys took good care of our luggage. Wifi working good too.
Only one key!!! Not good!!! When two adults travel. Some genies have probably counted on that this will save the hotels electricity costs??? I don’t think so!!! Think about this arrangement one more time! At the front desk all the details were explained to my Thai wife in Thai language, so I did not get a clue what was the name of the game??? She could not translate this to me, only partly.
No hooks for towels in the bathroom close to the sink??? No place for the soap after use??? Breakfast, my rating on the scale 4-10 would be 6!!! Maybe Russian style? No fresh bread! All the bread was hard and old. The toasters were not working (2 of them)??? Desert pudding serving plate was full of small insects and moving around fast! No bacon, no good ham, no cheese, no good sausages! Really sad to see that the building is fully renovated and the rooms are in perfect shape, but the services and the details are not in balance with the room price! Tried to order French fries on the pool restaurant at lunch time. They did not have. Tell me that they will get in the evening???
