The unit was beautifully appointed with simple and easy instructions for entry and exit with very little ‘to do’ on either end of the stay. It was very clean on entry with a fully furnished kitchen.
The bottom floor was just barely inconveniently located..

Terrific facility and surroundings, great view, quiet weekend, plenty of room to have some immediate family visit very comfortably, board games provided which the kiddos really liked, host solved a simple problem very promptly (I hadn't yet read that I need to turn on the water & how, which was a piece of cake). We would go back in a heartbeat.
No real problems at all. Two miles driving some curvy back roads to get there (the roads were in fine shape, GPS got us there no problem) but hey, it's Missouri and it's on the lake. We're not in Kansas (or Illinois) anymore. A worthy tradeoff or we should have stayed home.

Location, view, amenities
Stains on couch, feces on toilet, many dead bugs on floor, dirty floors, dirty dishes, patio a mess, dirty blanket, they clearly don't Vaccum or mop. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for.
