Captain George was very friendly and gave me tips about free buses to the city centre. He made nice coffee and offered some Easter cakes. He let me stay after check out time as my flight was late in the evening. Hotel is on a walking distance from the sandy beach. Lidl is nearby. Bus stops a 5 min.walk.
The hotel is very basic,it knew better times. Swimming pool was not ready for customers(April is not a proper start of the season though). The area around is a little bit depressing,with a lot of old uninhabited buildings with graffiti. If you are after wild tourism with basic requirements you will be ok.

Parking space, decent wifi, fairly priced and friendly staff.
What I consider to be the main downside of this location, it was the noise level. Tue building itself it is VERY noisy. You can hear everything through the walls, especially at night time: people partying, talking, dropping things etc.
