Fantastic size room for the price.
Clean albeit older rooms/fittings/Refrigeration but the AC was cold, bed tolerable and well furnished
Tap fittings loose. Wobbly Refrigerator that tilts when door is opened
The Stair Ramps(between 7th floor Elevator exit and room 2702) are also dangerous as they are on an angle, lift the knees above railing height and could cause a fall to ☠️ due to lack of railings.
Crumbling Stairs are a trip hazard, I sliced my foot on near the Pool

Close to the beach and easy access to all the shops and facilities.
