Alfa apart hotel is perfect. We stayed for 4 nights and it is very close to beach. The grocery store is about 5 to 10 minutes walking. They have reception with very good English communication that helped us in almost everything from charging our bus card to giving us tea pot and helping us with an issue we had with our taxi. They provide you with 19 litre water with pump just for 150 lira which ie very reasonable price. They have a very good swimming pool and close to mary coffee beach we really liked. Everything is really good. It would be good to have more kitchen utensils for cooking although they have basic stuff. It would be good to provide you with dish washer tablets for numbers of the day of you stay.

Next time I would choose the 3 bed that was not a split apartment but depending on what their balcony views are like

Nice apartment. Had pool to ourselves quite often (maybe due to timing)
All good, but would benefit from having a midstay clean (e.g. to change towels, top up toilet roll)

The bed was very comfortable.
There were steps to the lower floor (duplex) so the bedroom and the bathroom were both in souterrain (very dark). The main problem was the horrible smell coming from the bathroom drain. There was also no ventilation. The steps were steep and creaky so our child sometimes woke up when we went to the bathroom.
