交誼廳空間寬敝，很適合家庭入住！廚房用品高級好用，買東西回來稍做加熱料理很方便！離便利商店不算遠，方便！

空間寬敝，設備高級。

樓上廁所不能使用，晚上上廁所要下樓，有點麻煩。

30年ぶりの癒し旅

チェックインの時の鍵の、やり方が分からずすぐに対応してくださって、有難かったです♪ とても綺麗で、床暖房もついていて、アメニティやサービスドリンクなどサービスがいっぱいあって、部屋も掘りごたつで、まったりと過ごせました(*^^*) ベッドも6台もあって、ゆっくり休めました！

ドライヤーの使い方が難しかったです(^_^;)

只會說日語的業者，如果用英文只能在booking 上溝通，效率很慢。有經驗之後下次來名古屋絕對是首選。

可以煮飯，洗衣服，設備很好，房間有兩間，廁所兩間，價格不貴。有客廳很方便，方便家人交流就像在家一樣。裝潢有日式的風格，客廳部分有地暖，空調也有暖氣，在寒冷的冬天算是很溫暖。

小缺點是業者沒有說清楚有兩家lxyz, 我用Google maps 將我當導到另一個地點的房子，所以密碼無法進入，詢問業者卻一直說她不會說英文無法溝通，後來才發現是Google maps的問題。另外拉行李從地鐵站走過來稍遠，只住一天的話4點入住，10點就要退房，並不方便，適合住多日的旅客。

非常棒的住宿，我們每個人都非常滿意，有機會一定會回訪！

客廳很棒，超級適合大家一起聊天吃東西，原本以為光線會不夠，但其實不用擔心這個問題，等都是可以做調整的。衛浴間有兩個洗手台也非常適合人較多時使用，吹風機也很好用！！

Tastefully decorated

Very nicely decorated and comfortable. The filtered water tap was great for big family and the sink tap had touchless on/off. Very cool feature. Apartment was hotel-like all the way. There is Nintendo switch for entertainment too.

A minor point - more mirrors and lights for makeup and reading.

A wonderful place that I would like to call home.

Everything! Let’s start off with the layout: huge kitchen/dining/living area on level 1 with two toilets. On level 2 are two bedrooms (4x single and 2x double), one toilet and one bathroom with two sinks. The design of the house and placement of accessories are wonderful. Has everything you need. Umbrellas are provided, as well as a baby stroller. Nintendo Switch for fun. Some basic child’s toys like Jenga. The location is good if you drive, only 10min to Nagoya JR, 30min to Legoland, 1 hour to Centrair Chubu airport. I happened to fall ill during my trip to Nagoya and fortunately it was while staying at this place. It made me feel so much more comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely be back again!!!

No floorplan of the property. Parking not at doorstep (~1min walk away) but that’s a small compromise. Nintendo Switch does not have an account that could play games.

location with car park which is convenient. Great house with big living room and the bedrooms are great also. Highly recommended for group visitors.

Nice house

1) Owners answered questions very quickly and offered to check on the warm water after I notified them 2) house is in a quiet location. It is new, tastefully furnished, clean and spacious enough to sleep up to 8 adults. We really appreciated the space to interact. 3) there was a tap for filtered drinking water, and appliances like steam oven, humidifiers. 4) separate laundry washer and dryer which worked well

1) there were 2-3 different versions of the address and not all led to the correct location on google maps. We got lost the 1st day. It would have been worse if we did not get a picture of the exterior of the house before our trip. 2) a good 10 mins walk from the nearest subway 3) had slight difficulties activating the digital number lock the 1st time (after finally locating the house). The instruction was to tap the LCD screen, but we found we should cover it with the whole palm instead of tapping. 4) there is only 1 shower cubicle which is not warmed. The 1st and last person showered with very cold water on the 1st night, even tho the water heater was on. Thankfully this was ok the 2nd night. 5) there are 2 separate WCs but both are on ground floor and both bedrooms are on upper floors. May be an issue if you have elderly who needs the toilet at night. 6) no black out curtains, we were woken up at 5+am from the morning sun. 7) suggest to have shampoos and body washes in pump dispensers instead of satchet packets. Not environmentally friendly to have these in satchets. It also takes some time to tear and squeeze out the shampoo and soap etc, a precious few seconds shivering in the shower haha.

I would highly recommend to stay at this place if you want to visit Nagoya!

great location, place is big and clean, quiet neighborhood but just steps away from the busy streets. And comes with free parking!

Super host and property

In the heart of the city but away from crowd, 5-10 mins to all major malls by car. Space is luxurious and pillows & quilt are super soft and fluffy. We can live here forever!

Parking was difficult to find at first but eventually found it, we arrived in the dark therefore it made it more challenging.
