Nachdem wir gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis das Zimmer wechseln konnten, war wieder alles gut. Hatten zuerst eine Dachkammer zur hinteren Straße mit Ausblick auf das Hotel gegenüber. Danach wunderbaren Blick auf die Alpen.
Hatten mit Halbpension gebucht, Essen war für einen Abend gut.
Sehr nettes Personal.

Location was great. Skiing facilities were convenient. Shop is also nearby. Castle facing view on the castle from the balcony was great.
No conditioner in the room was a big disappointment. No curtain to shower in a family room also a big disappointment. The biggest rip off was no beverages (even water) for the dinner, which was part of half-board. Still water 0,7L for 4.5EUR a piece was a small benefit to hotel, but massive disappointment in terms of attitude towards guests.
