Our family had the most amazing stay at this hotel, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and always impeccably clean. Every part of the hotel was beautifully maintained, and it was clear how much care and attention goes into making every guest's stay special. What truly made this holiday unforgettable was the incredible staff. By the end of our stay, they didn't just feel like hotel staff—they felt like family. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. A very special thank you to Okan, Veysal, Furkan, and Almina. You were all absolutely amazing, and your kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made such a difference to our holiday. Thank you for making our family feel so welcome and creating memories we'll never forget. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It exceeded all of our expectations in every way, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone for making our family holiday so special!

Peaceful environment and close to all amenities. Very caring friendly and supportive staff each and everyone treated very well. Out of hours food served breakfast time finished 1030am but if you any reason you are late they still serve you. Amazing
Shampoos and body lotion were very low quality and after using it my hair felt dry. This is not a complaint but suggestion if they can provide bit better quality or complete don’t offer so guest can bring themselves as we do when travel elsewhere.

-Breakfast was okay, but lacking variety if you stay for a week or more (no yogurt, no ham, no apples, etc.)
-Staff friendly, although the lady at reception tried to charge me twice for my laundry
-The location is nice, close to the walking/running area along the sea
-Okan seemed as a friendly person :)
-Dogs barking outside all day and night, it's really bad when you try to concentrate on your work
-Cleaning: you need to remind them like 2 or 3 times; they only come after that; not every day
-Cleaner Maya always in a hurry, so the floor was dirty like 4 times out of 5
-Walls very thin, it's cold during the night
-AC can't be used when you open the window; so either you have oxygen and it's cold or it's warm and super-dry
-Wi-Fi signal was very poor at times, not suitable for remote work; I had to create a hot spot from my phone
-No fresh squeezed juice and no option to order it for breakfast
-They were doing renovation and asked me to change my room, it was stressful packing my stuff until late night
