We had a very pleasant stay and everything was great from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and the service was excellent throughout.
A special mention to Gavinas from the staff, who was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. He regularly checked that we were comfortable and that everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a wonderful experience and we would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
It would be helpful to have soda or vending machines available, especially when the restaurant is closed, to avoid having to order delivery just for drinks. A larger and colder fridge in the room would also be a nice improvement.

Very nice and clean, receptionist Olivia was very helpful and I stay 11th floor, housekeeper was very nice too. Make us feel very welcome.

The hotel was very clean and had comfortable rooms.
You had to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, even as a resident.
Some of the staff were a little rude, on arrival we were told that one restaurant was open until midnight. When we entered, the restaurant manager disappeared for 3 minutes leaving us stood on our own. Then came back and proceeded to have an attitude and make us feel unwelcome. However, there was a female server in the same restaurant that took over and made us feel at ease.
Service was very slow in the bar each evening, as well as service in the fine dining restaurant.
Overall, I would not stay here again
