This unit accommodates up to 6 guests maximum. Window A/C units in the living room and both bedrooms. Free WIFI and parking. Fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops. Tile in entry way, bathroom and kitchen. Carpet in bedrooms, living room and upstairs. Lg Flat Screen TV in living room. Great view of golf course and mountain range. All linens and towels are provided. Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha! Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo had a great location. Near the pool, great lawn views, big and spacious. There are snorkels available, and our kids loved it.The condo was a bit aged. I was hoping for basic necessities, such as WiFi (we were never given any password), seasonings, or baking pans. The refrigerator had to be pushed all the way in to work, and air conditioner (all three) turned on to feel somewhat cool.

We had an amazing stay! The location is unbeatable and the property is very kid friendly. We enjoyed walking to the beach and having access to the resort. We will definitely come back.

Loved being so close to the Turtle Bay Resort. This condo is in a great location on the North Shore that's a close drive to all of the beaches, sites, and food options. The condo was comfortable for our 4 night stay.

Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this clean and well-equipped condo. We cook a lot while on vacation and this kitchen was well-supplied with the essentials. Coffee maker is a bit small so we just made 2 batches each morning. Freezer was ready with ice. Be prepared to bring all your own spices, coffee, salt/pepper, etc. Loved the quiet area and morning walks around the golf course were great. Short walk to the beaches at Turtle Bay and it was fun to take advantage of the resort coffee shops and high-end restaurants for a special night out.

Great location. Spacious place. Pool was close to the unit. Safe and clean. Ac unit upstairs did not work and was replaced with new one the next day. No shampoo and minimal washing pods. Overall was good.

Our family liked staying here. There was plenty of room for our family of six. It was close to the beach (Turtle Bay Resort) and lots of activities on the North Shore area. Things that would make it even more pleasant are softer pillows and master bed. Also, having enough toilet paper, paper towels, and washer detergent for the week for a family of six would have been great. Kitchen basics like Salt and Pepper and oil would be a bonus as well. We would absolutely stay here again. Super nice and so easy to reserve, check-in, and check out - so reasonably priced as well. Thank you for helping us have such a great family vacation.

Unit was clean, just outside of turtle bay resort. great for families with 3 sleeping areas. Suggested improvements : remove bird nest by bedroom window that woke us up at 6AM every morning :). Also, washer is old and requires to put something heavy on it to start. Beside that, all good !

Easy access to North Shore
Upstairs ceiling fan little noisy. Would’ve appreciated coffee to start off with since we arrive late in the evening. And also shampoo & conditioner in bathroom which we thought would be provided. Everything else like towels, beach chairs, well equipped kitchen were great!

Came here for my families last weekend in Hawaii after being here for four years! It was a perfect way to relax , reminisce the last four years and be great full for this beautiful island !
The condo was perfect , it met our needs in every way! It was clean , and felt very home like ...cozy ! It was easy to get in the condo the grounds were beautiful and we all had such an amazing time ! Thank you for letting us stay here and add yet another lasting memory!

Great place to stay for an affordable price. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, cookware etc. We would've liked if the couches were pull out beds. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Unit has board games, beach stuff, books, etc. Great parking which was in front of unit. Lots of guest parking. Check in and out was super easy.

Great getaway for our 40th.
Had a great time at the Estates. Wife and I stayed the 1st night for our anniversary. Son and wife and daughter and child stayed with us the last 2 nights. Minor glitches were, no cutting board so we used cardboard from a beer case. Only 1 rubbish bag. Theses issues were resolved once we called the office. Other than that, our stay there was great! Enough kitchen supplies and room for all. Will definitely be back.

I booked two days before arriving. I thought I was booking a different condo, one with actual beds in the loft area. The pullout couch in the loft was ok for a child. I don't think an adult could sleep comfortably on the pullout. Everything else was great! Condo was well equipped. Nicely furnished. Good location. I would definitely stay there again.

Staycation
It was ok. The pillows on chairs in living room needs to be replaced. And it smelt musty. Security was really rude. Is it such a crime to enjoy the lawn? To Let our children run and play? Some people need to research the meaning of Aloha! Do you folks care about the wellbeing of the grass more then the wellbeing of the condo? All in all we had fun. Wouldn’t mine staying again. We didn’t come to just stay in the room.

I would recommend this condo with 1 exception. Condo was overall a good place to stay. While it was clean and fully furnished, the downstairs bathroom needs to be fixed a bit. The shower head was frozen and could not be moved, could not regulate water from faucet to shower (little button was stuck), grab bar for safety was broken, could have used rubberized bath mat for safety. Otherwise, it was comfortable.

Great time
My family had a great time! My youngest son is already asking to go back. The property provided us with all the necessary things that a family with kids needed. Property was clean and very spacious for the the 5 of us! Besides having Mother Nature rained on us and the ceiling leaking, we still had a wonderful stay.

Our family rented two nearby units to spend the long weekend. Kids were able to go to the beach to swim and fish. Also they enjoyed the pool. Visited nearby Haleiwa Town and went to have shave ice as well as shopped at some local stores. Appreciated that they had a Longs nearby.
Cooking facilities made it easy for us to prepare simple meals and enjoy it leisurely at our unit. With little ones this helped with not having to sit at a restaurant. Will try to get adjoining units next time we book.

Maybe because it was one of the hottest and muggiest weekends in a while but the A/Cs did not seem very strong. There was a vornado fans in one of the rooms so we moved it to the living room and it helped circulate the cold ac air a bit.
Lamps do not project much light so unit was very dark at night. It would probably help to have a ceiling fan with a light so it'll help the overall lighting in the unit.
Parking is close to unit and there are lots of guest stalls nearby.
There is a small pool near unit.
Overall we had a great time...just wish it wasn't so hot that weekend we went.

Our vacation rental experience was great! It was a nice place. We had a leak in the kitchen and they came and took care of it very quickly and professionally.

Overall environment of unit can be improved with better lighting and upgrades. Kitchen appliances were nice. Light outside front door was not working at all and large TV was not working upon arrival. Took us more than a day to troubleshoot tv. Few roaches. Would recommend unit with reservations.

Overall I was very pleased with my accommodations. The unit was clean and comfortable. My only concern was the dryer wasn't in working condition when I arrived, however, someone came to repair the dryer, but it still didn't work after it was repaired. And the pool was dirty. I would recommend the kuilima estates, affordable and clean.

The one thing that should be clarified is the estates are not at the Turtle Bay Resorts I thought I would be able to walk from my condo to the beach. Other than that It is a beautiful place to stay, but you do need a car to get to the beach.

Oct. 2021 Stay - Great Location
The property itself was amazing and in a great location. Check in and out was easy. My only big complaint was we had tried to get ahold on the property management to fix the AC unit in one of the bedrooms and nothing came of it. So we had warm air blowing out. We ended up not using it for the last 4 days we were there. It was fine because of the cross breezes we had if you kept the front and back screen doors open. It's a 5-7min walk from the beach and 10min drive from the food trucks and 15-20min drive from the Polynesian culture center. It's a fantastic location. The condo could use some upgrades, sink wouldn't stop dripping, fridge had to be shut in a certain way or you'd open it up to a puddle off water inside, AC Cooler needs to be fixed, But even with those minor items. We'd happily stay in the unit again. We loved it.

Everything we needed!
The rental was great! Clean, equipped and quiet. The kids loved the pools, and the lawn out back. We needed to replace a broken toaster on the first day and they had it to us within hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Hawaiian Condo
This condo is a great value! We wanted to stay on the North Shore and away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The unit was clean, quiet, as described. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient plates/cups/cutlery/pots and pans. Plenty of hot water. Turtle Bay Beach is a good 10 minute walk. Small pool steps from unit. Lei Lei's restaurant was delicious. 15 minute drive to the Polynesian Cultural Center and about 30 minutes to Kualoa Ranch. Lots of things to see and experience in the area. We would definitely recommend! Aloha.
