Nestled in Kawela Bay, this lovely condo for $475 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Light and airy end unit. Screened lanai on the first fairway with beautiful sunset view. This unit is a short walk from the lanai area to the clubhouse, restaurant and bar as well as being close to the swimming pool and barbeque area. Flat-screen TV in living room and master bedroom. Should find everything you need in the spacious kitchen. Window air-conditioners in both bedrooms as well as ceiling fans throughout. Free WIFI. Laundry center. Parking stall right in front of your condo and its free. King bed in master bedroom and recently replaced (2023) two twins both in 2nd bedroom and loft. All linens and towels are provided. This property also has pickle ball, basketball and Tennis courts. Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha! Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. The check in and checkout was very easy. There were no major issues and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The proximity to LeiLei's was wonderful and it was a quick and very pleasant walk to the beach. My only suggestions are for for the appearance of the condo. The condo's interior is showing its age and could be refreshed. The previous reviews state that the carpet is clean but worn, and we found that to be the case. The screen doors on the lanai were warped and constantly fell off their tracks, which made it difficult to enter and exit that part of the condo. The drapes in the living room did not draw back very far, blocking the beautiful view of the Fazio course and the many rainbows which occurred throughout the day. It would also be helpful to label the light switches in the living room. All in all these were relatively minor and we would definitely use this rental agency and condo again.

We arrived on property via the given directions with little challenge. We arrived after dark so finding our villa number was a bit challenging due to lack of lighting but we did it. A porch light being left on would have been helpful. Our villa was set up as stated and we were excited to settle and explore. Every bed was used by our party of 6 and more comfortable beds was everyones' request/desire. We had full days of beach and activity so we fell in to bed every night good and tired. I worked with a rental company as an inspector and was responsible for being sure everything was clean and welcoming for incoming guests. I didnt get that welcoming feeling since the pillows on the sofa were out of place and not fluffed and freshened and the twin beds in loft were a bit disheveled. The arms of the chair were quite soiled and is such an easy spot clean that didnt happen. The sofa was super comfortable and loved by all. The installed ceiling fans need attention too on cleanliness and function. It just didnt feel like it was known for months we were coming and rental company checked everything the day or two before our arrival to be sure everything was fresh, clean and ready. Our key FOB wasn't in the villa either but a phone call fixed that with ease and getting in the gate prior to getting FOB was not a problem. A Welcome note on the counter would have been a nice touch. We are a very laid back family and we were happy there and did not complain. I am sharing here so the rental company/owners can improve if they wish to. The location is spectacular and we walked to the resort every morning for coffee and amazing views. It is a nice villa that needs just a bit of TLC and attention to make it a GREAT villa but it did have everything we needed and we would all stay there again. Oahu is a special magical place and we went to several different beaches during our 10 day stay and visited several food trucks and hiked. We will return!

The Condo was infested with cockroaches and insects. The inside insect spraying took place during our stay not before our arrival. The celing fan was very dusty, the bed sheets had hair in them and pictures of the place are out dated. The Condo is old and run down. The sofa and carpet was stained and dirty.
After they sprayed inside, the number of dead cockroaches and crickets multipled.
I emailed Guest Services regarding these issues and our experience there. Their response was they'll do better next time.

My family had a simply lovely stay at your townhome. The location was easy access to the beach and different food truck establishments as well as food land. Thank you for a wonderful vacation .
My only recommendation would be is to change out the bed covers and sheets. They are very tired and old. Perhaps slowly, you might want to start updating some of your furniture. But overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Super cute place at Turtle Bay. The place was great. Nice little kitchen with pots and pans. Dishwasher was fixed. We had a family of 6 and it was just perfect. The ants in the neighborhood are pretty tenacious, so keep the kitchen clean and everything is fine. Short drive or bus ride to the local food trucks and Castles Beach. Beautiful hikes right out our door each morning to the pillbox and along turtle Bay. Thanks for hosting us. Hope to come back.

The rental was perfect for what we came home for. Coming home to Kahuku is always a pleasure. The property was very clean. Property Management company was very helpful and nice. Shame on the previous renters who didn't report the broken dishwasher. But other than that, I would recommend it, to others.

Although the unit was clean, it definitely needed updating! No dish cloths or dish towels even though there was a dishwasher. The washer was broken, but thankfully we were only there for 3 days and didn't need it. Overall, I would hesitate to recommend this unit. We would not stay there again.

Great location and fairly nice unit. The kids enjoyed the pool, beach and horseback riding. The boys enjoyed the golf course view and the rounds. A/C units were a little loud though. I'd diffinately stay in this unit again. Much Mahalo's for our weekend getaway!

Great location for the Turtle Bay area and fireworks. Pool and area around pool should have been cleaned better. Disappointed the pool near our room was for adults only. Lots of ants.

Turtle Bay Bird of Paradise
I like the location and size of the unit for our family of five. I only gave 3 starts for condition of property b/c I think a few things need to be updated from the owners: 1) the curtain was ripped in the living room, 2) I think the bedroom furniture, esp. in the master, could be upgraded and3) the beds and bedding really need to be upgraded the master bed was so hard my mom had to bring a foam top from home (she lives on the island). I really do like this unit and do hope the owners consider making the few upgrades - I plan on renting it again next summer. Mahalo.

It was sometimes very hard to get in and out of the property by car. The condo slept 6 but they only had one gate key per condo. My husband encountered a very rude employee when he tried to get in and didn't have the gate card.

I would probably not choose this location again and would not recommend it. The complex was nice, we had a pleasant view. Access to the beach was a little difficult. I thought it was ridiculous that you had to not only pay for a court time for the tennis courts but had to pay a ridiculous rental fee of rackets! The staff in the office were friendly and helpful but the rental home was gross! It was NOT clean at all! Not even vacuumed properly. Hair and sand covered the bathroom sink. The kitchen floor was filthy. Ants were crawling all over the dining table. The loft was INCREDIBLY hot. Very uncomfortable to sleep. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were nice to have. There were spiders (yes plural) crawling all over the master bed. There were used pacifiers left on the book shelf. Mold was growing in the master bath ceiling. The shower was filthy! The whole unit needs a fresh coat of paint! This place was WAY over-priced! I was thoroughly disgusted! I would never stay here again and NEVER recommend it to anyone! I was grateful we only spent two nights here and that we were gone most of the time!

I would stay there again. If I could ask a favor to the cleaning crew who cleans the property before a guest checks in, I would ask her to report all broken items to the maintenance right away. As soon as we moved in, the closet door did not work. The bathroom's sink's stopper did not work and could use it until it was repaired.

Location not far from PCC where the fireknife competition was. Place was very clean and felt like home. Everyone was very comfortable and I would stay here again next years competition.

My family stayed at the Condominium #23 for nealy a week. It was clean and the everything inside was working fine. They said it was beautiful. Would recomend it to anyone anytime.

Overall it was very enjoyable. It was a little annoying being told there were too many people in the swimming pool area (25 max) which meant some people had to vacate the pool. The wifi was very unreliable, and it wasn't 100% clear that the key should have been dropped off at the sugar mill office even on Sundays / Public holidays at check-out. It would be a lot clearer if the instructions specified that there is a safe drop box there for out of office departure times.The condo got very hot, the aircon was only in the rooms (and it was great) but it was difficult to keep the rest of the space cool. The only other slight difficulty was the fact that the condo was very bright and light by 5.30am, so it was tricky to keep our toddler asleep.Overall the condo was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and the location was great. Thanks for having us.

Relaxing Vacation
The beautiful condo invited a climate of relaxment and enjoyment for our family. We could all fit comfortably and had privacy. The pool was the best and we barbequed and enjoyed our stay so much. Everything we needed was right there and easy to locate.

The condos we rented (21,22,18,19 and 46)were very nice and clean. This is about our 5th trip there. Our only hangup wasthe front office staff (not too friendlyand sounded more like the property owners). They weren't much help to us.

The condo was in good condition. The kitchen was not supplied with many pans for cooking however. The kitchen electrical wiring also caused the water heater to blow a fuse twice during our 10 day stay. The pools were also not very big and we never saw anyone clean them. (Our children complained of hair being all over in the pool.) Overall, however, we loved the beautiful location and the close proximity to many North Shore beaches.

The condo was perfect for a multi-generational family. We used the loft as a play area which kept the children's toys out of the living area. Our only real complaint is that the pools are not really kid friendly. The three pools that are on the West side are not heated and there are no jacuzzis. We were able to use the resort pool a couple of days because of family staying there.

The facilities were would have been helpful to have an after hours number for contact. Also needed more satisfactory internet access,I was only able to access 3 days out of nine. It was helpful to have the use of the pavilion for our last night, thank you for the use of this.
