Great property, quiet neighborhood, super close walk to the beach. House was clean and larger than appears in pictures. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is stocked with plenty of basics to do whatever cooking you plan for.

Cottage was perfect for what we wanted and the description was true to what we experienced (always a good thing). When we arrived (and we were allowed to check in a little early -- THANK YOU), it smelled freshly cleaned and everything was clean inside the cottage and around the grounds. No complaints from us, except the weather! :) Would definitely consider staying again if we head that way!

My wife and I had a great stay in Pacific Beach. This is a well kept-up property and super comfortable. This house is truly just steps away from the beach. My wife and I and dog had several terrific hikes along the water with the vast Pacific waves rolling in.
Because we'd brought our small dog, we really appreciated the fenced back yard where we could let him outside in the evening.
Pacific Beach itself is still somewhat struggling to recover from the economy, but everyone there was nice, and there's a terrific coffee shop! We enjoyed driving the short distance to Seabrook for a nice dinner.
Our stay was short, but we'd definitely go back again.

Beautiful house for our family and really close to the beach. The house had an awesome kitchen. It had everything we needed except a colander for pasta but we improvised. The rooms were all very clean, and we loved the fenced backyard for our dog. There was a bbq on the deck too which wasn’t advertised, but really good to know if you are staying. We would for sure stay there again!

Property is exactly as advertised which was what we were looking for when we made the reservation. Appreciated the TV as it wasn't the best weather and one day was a complete washout! Also, nice layout and clean property. Would definitely stay again if headed that way.

My parents were wanting to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. However, having too little for babies made it hard for them to go away places thankfully this wonderful vacation home let them go and enjoy the ocean ,which is what they love, still stay close to home in Washington yet still be able to get away and be refreshed for a few days. According to their description, the house with exactly how it looked online . It was beautiful, well-kept, clean and perfect for my parents.

They had some complications, knowing how to lock the door, but fortunately they called and talk to someone (Lisa) and she sent someone right out within minutes to help them configure the door lock.
She even let me know that they could go a little early since the cleaning was already done and the house was ready and I appreciated that very much!
I highly recommend this cute getaway and want to thank Lisa and her team for making my parents anniversary a memorable one!

This adorable rental was just as advertised - cute, cozy and clean - with easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed our one-week stay and could actually relax which was our goal. Friends joined us for a couple days, and it was easy to "host" them since the house has a second bedroom and plenty of living room space! Our rental contact, Lisa, was very helpful and attentive during our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much we hope to rent this house again in the future or it's sister house right next door! Thank you for a wonderful vacation at Pacific Beach!

Really enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Totally updated, immaculately clean, with everything we needed for a three night stay. Easy check-in and good communication, we were able to add an extra night at the last minute with no problems. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice deck with bbq out back, and my husband enjoyed the tv for a couple of football games. Within easy walking distance to the state park, so long walks on the beautiful beach were enjoyed. We enjoyed watching river otters play in Joe Creek in the mornings. We drove up to the beautiful Lake Quinault Lodge one day, had an excellent dinner at Ocean Crest Resort on our last evening. So much to see and do, but my favorite part was just enjoying the ocean beach and coming home to relax in this sweet cabin.

We have stayed at this property twice now, and both times were delightful! Cottage is well-decorated, clean and improvements have been made since our last visit. The only thing that would make it perfect is to put a small bed back in the entryway…my son really missed having that quiet space away from the tv. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

This little house was perfect for two couples and our dog. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the decorations and style of the property were perfect!
The only negative thing i could say is that we could not find check-out instructions, (thank goodness I had printed those out and brought them with me). Also we could not find directions for operating the
television., not a big deal, because we only used it once during our
stay. This would not stop us from coming back! We had a wonderful time at this place!

Good things- very close to magnificent beach, very pretty and comfortable house that seems as if it's completely new.
Bad things: surrounded by derelict houses on three sides, had to close the blinds in the front bedroom and entrance sitting room to not have to look at these eyesores. Not well thought through as a beach/vacation house - no beach towels, no beach chairs or umbrellas or basic beach stuff like shovels to dig clams or pails to make sandcastles, no maps or other information about surrounding sights. The entrance had only a mat outside the front door and nothing inside so it was very difficult to get sand off before coming back inside. There was a lot of work required before leaving including stripping the beds and gathering the towels for washing. I have not had these requirements previously in a vacation rental. Although i kept up with cleaning during our stay, it took me 2 hours to do all the required chores and then check out by 11 so almost no time was left to enjoy the beach on the last day. Given that this property was very expensive for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. I would never return. Tho I would be delighted to return to magical Pacific Beach.

A dream trip
Such a luxurious accomodation! Everything was so lovely and of high quality. The beds are AMAZING!!! We actually slept well, which is a rarity when not at home in our cozy bed.
Great attention paid to small details made us feel at home. We will make this our annual nest for Grandma Wendy's beach weekend. I can't say enough about the property.

Loved the quiet town, and the peaceful cottage decor. Kept cozy during the storms with the little stove and lots of hot tea and cocoa. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very cute beach house and we hope to return sometime when the weather is a little nicer so we can spend more time on the local beaches.

We happened to choose the biggest storm in years to spend the weekend in pacific beach. That said the house was so cozy and warm throughout the storm even while we had a power outage. The pot belly stove keeping us warm. No contact from the hosts is kinda odd but it all went well. We walked to the beach every time the rain gave us a break and bought tasty treats in Seabrook nearby. Beach access is great and the shore is very dog friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals. Do make sure you bring most food and drink you might need the options are limited.
We loved the visit and would definitely come again.
