The studio that I rented is bright, spacious, has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is located on the second floor and accessible over a spiral staircase outside the house. The available space and modern facilities provide high quality comfort. The beach is about 10 min away by foot. Supermarkets and some restaurants are within 5 min walking. Bus connections to the city center and mall are around the corner.
There was no water cooker, as listed in the accommodation facilities. The hostess advised the use of the coffee machine with empty pads instead, however this results in water with coffee remains and it not suitable for tee. As a non-coffee drinker this was a slight annoyance.
Upon arrival I was confronted with a certain dose of suspicion about my accent. While I understand the hosts have a right to get to know their guests (and viceversa), I had go to great lengths to push away the suspicion by sharing my personal background. This was not reciprocated and left me with an uneasy feeling.
As the accommodation only accepts direct payment outside of booking.com, I asked for an invoice. The lengthy and uncomfortable discussions that followed should not have been necessary to receiving one.

A fost totul ca în descriere, WiFi, condiționer, balcon amenajat, la bucatarie aveam toate necesare pentru a putea găti, televizor și proprietarii au fost foarte amabili și ospitalieri.
Deși am rămas cu părere bună despre locație, nu pot da nota 10 din cauza celui de al doilea pat (cel mai mic), mi s-a părut prea tare.

Ми були на при кінці квітня ,і так сталося що була дуже холодна погода,але в апартаментам було дуже тепло!
Відносно чисто!
На кухні мається усе щоб б зробити сніданок сімʼї!
Апартаменти бронювалися як 2+1,.одне велике ліжко і для дитини ліжко (окреме) ,але маленький диван/ліжко було настільки некомфортно,що там взагалі не можливо спати,я вже не говорю за дитину!
По середині ліжка якась деревʼяна дошка ,яка дико давить тобі у спину!
Дуже сподіваюсь,що власник зверне увагу на мій відгук,і зробить заміну того маленького жахливого ліжка ,що б на йому можливо було реально спати!
Ще прошу звернути увагу адміністрації на те,що вода в душі тече дуже,дуже повільно,..купатися під маленьким струменем не можливо,..я мовчу вже щоб помити волосся!

The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and spacious. The location was fairly close to the beach, and the area was peaceful. There was a pharmacy and a supermarket just around the corner, and parking was available in front of the villa. Public transportation was conveniently located 100 meters away, with buses going to Mamaia or the Old Town. The value for the price was excellent.
There is room for improvement; the furniture is somewhat fragile, the sofa is a bit flimsy, and the shower doors were difficult to close. Despite these minor issues, I would gladly return
