If you like peace and quiet and spectacular beaches, come to our Sanctuary by the Sea on beautiful 7 mile Whitby Beach, North Caicos. Unplug from the craziness and reconnect with nature, exploring the out islands of North & Middle Caicos. Step out of condo and onto a gorgeous white-sand beach with spectacular sunrises and sublime sunsets. You'll have everything you'll need for a restorative stay including a comfortable King bed and luxurious linens, a well-stocked kitchen with new appliances, spacious DR/LR and beach chairs, umbrella, floats and cooler for beach hopping. Experience paradise!
"Get away from it all." In North Caicos, you will be able to do just that which is what we most love about an out-island experience. From the minute you take the ferry from Provo, you will feel like you stepped back in time to a quieter, gentler island life. Although we love Provo and have enjoyed many other islands (Hawaii, Bahamas, St. John, Tortola, Capri, etc) we decided to purchase on North Caicos because of its simplicity. It is a truly unique experience to come here. There are simply no crowds, the people who live here are friendly, helpful and welcoming, and it is very safe. We want to share this little slice of paradise with you because we think you too will love the restorative effect this will have on your soul. As an outer island there is not really any "night life" except for the unbelievable multitude of stars you will see. When the moon is full , you will be able to walk the beach and see your feet in the waves - that's how clear the water is. The water is warm, averaging 78-82 degrees.
On North, you won't spend the day shopping. You will want to rent a car -North and Middle Caicos are gorgeous to explore if you have a sense of adventure and like to discover new things. Hike Crossing Place Trail on Middle, explore Mudjin Harbor. kayak Bottle Creek or charter a boat to the Caicos bank. Of course, you can just sit by the sea and let the peaceful lapping of waves wash over you. Our condo has that classic beach house vibe, but is upscale and refreshed. It is freshly painted, sparkling clean with modern furniture and amenities. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay including a a microwave, toaster, instant pot, blender (important for those pina coladas) and even a popcorn popper. If connectivity is important to you, we have Starlink WiFi and a Television for streaming your favorite show. there are a number of excellent restaurants nearby. While an out island vacation is not for everyone, if you love nature and beautiful beaches, you will love it here. And our wonderful Property Manager Regine, will help you get settled once you are here. This is a non-smoking property.

We had a fantastic stay. The beach is seemingly endless. The water is stunning and the snorkeling was amazing. Accommodations were nice and Regina was extremely helpful with getting us settled. It would be nice if there was a second AC unit and a television or radio. One nice touch I have seen in other locations we’ve stayed would be puzzles and art supplies. Would definitely do it again.
