The hotel is like a jewel-box, it is very beautiful, comfortable, elegant and the atmosphere is really special. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious and diverse and the staff is amazing, very friendly, very nice, always smiling, make me feel like I am home. The location is very central, I could not find a better place to stay in Sofia. :)

Lovely, friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Good location. Air conditioning very useful during hot Sofia summer.
TV didn’t work. No desk to work at in the room. Breakfast option was nice but slightly odd to have to arrive at a precise time of booked service.

This small hotel is situated in a very quiet courtyard although it is situated near a busy main road and only some 50m from the nearest metro station. The main shopping and restaurant Vitosha boulevard is a 5-10 minute walk away. A nice breakfast with a menu which you order on check in with the time when you require it. Let the staff know the day before if you need to amend the order or time and they will happily do that.

The hotel itself is quite cute and the rooms have AC.
Interaction with staff was highly dependent on the person on duty. The two female staff were welcoming, friendly, engaging and observant. When they were preparing the breakfast it was a a good looking as well as nice tasting meal. The male staff was indifferent, and seem bothered by hotel guests. When he was on breakfast duty, he didn’t know your order (even though one needs to write it on a paper form the night before) and after asking repeatedly what you ordered, the food look pathetic … like the eggs were thrown in the pan and beaten.
Otherwise, the hotel has no elevator and the narrow staircase may be an issue with heavy luggage or visitors with reduced mobility.
The bathroom in my room would stay flooded after the shower for a good 20mins, as the shower drain couldn’t keep up.
