The Ponderosa is a newly renovated 2 bedroom free standing house on a large block 2 minutes walk from Sapphire Beach. The home boasts an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge room with air conditioning, opening out to an elevated north facing patio that has views of the nearby nature reserve towards the beach. Broadband fibre to the premises ensures fast internet and WiFi, The lounge has a large flat screen TV with a WiFi blue-ray player and comfortable lounges. The dining area has a quality sound system with Bluetooth connectivity from your smartphone and a CD player. The covered patio has a gas BBQ and dining setting for relaxed outdoor dining. A separate laundry room downstairs has a washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board and directly outside there is a six line pull out clothes line near the outdoor shower. This house was complete. All you need to survive a holiday in an unfamiliar place. Shops not far. Beach close. Great drives. Internet, TV, Kitchen and all appliances. Owner very helpful, good comms. We will stay again Thanks!

Beautifully presented unpretentious beach house (immaculately clean) a short stroll from a secluded beach - relaxing, natural and great for surfing. We enjoyed our stay with our teenage sons very much.

The whole experience was positive. Ron was friendly & responsive from booking & throughout the stay. Ponderosa is in a great location, I loved to hear the waves at night through the open (fully screened) windows or sitting on the deck. The beach is a minute’s walk away. The outlook from all windows is green and there’s plenty of birdsong. Such a peaceful place. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The house was clean, funkily styled and had the best equipped kitchen of any holiday home I’ve ever stayed in - nothing was missing. I’m grateful for the thoughtful inclusion of pantry basics, cleaning materials & even laundry powder. Thanks Ron, we’ll definitely be back :) I

Oh wow. Loved this place. Step back in time to all the great things about mid century - style, natural materials, cosy relax zones and breeze block patio - combined with modern kitchen and bathroom. Lots of storage. Classic wardrobes in bedrooms. Just a great styled home. All as advertised - looks better i nreal life. Immaculate. Lovely outlook from windows and very short walk to beach. Great to come home to and relax after explore coffs and surrounds. Need a car as not local to shops, but beautiful area to walk around. Thanks Ron - your place was great. A delightful property,very private. Had sparkly and extremely well appointed Spacious lounge with great sound system & TV. Spotlessly clean. Ron was very helpful and welcoming. Super short walk to the beach nearby . No through roads, very quiet neighbourhood , what more could you ask for. Would definitely return

This place is amazing! 3 houses between you and the beach with everything you need included. Ron was very accommodating and has included all the little extra touches. The living area was more spacious than I expected (it's quite large and the pictures don't do it justice) and the house was absolutly spotless! I have dust allergies and often find they get set off even when a place appears clean, but I'm pleased to announce that I didn't need any antihistamines while staying here. The large windows in the bedroom allowed me to wake up each morning to a gorgeous outlook, listening to the ocean while enjoying the soft breeze. It's the perfect house in the perfect location. I would highly recommend this stay.

What can I say, it was so lovely to spend time at Ron & Karen's place. A total labour of love that took me back to my childhood! Recently renovated the house was exactly what we needed for a few days away. Perfect spot to the beach and the local coffee caravan. Comfortable and relaxing. Ron was so lovely to Deal with and answered any concerns or questions I had quickly. Would love to come back and stay longer. Thank you so much
