Located in Haines, this charming condo for $249 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 3 beautiful 1000 sq. ft. condos in a 3-story building on Main St -- each with 2 bedrooms and 2 king size beds! All condos have their own entrance and a huge private balcony with gorgeous mountain views . Kitchens have floor-to-ceiling windows with the same view (coffee/tea, condiments). Each floor decorated exquisitely like nothing you have seen before . Bathrooms are very large with a tub/shower combo. Each unit has a 55" TV, WiFi and a washer/dryer, books, magazines, games. We want to emphasize how beautifully these condos are decorated. We have made it easy to cook in the lovely kitchens. There are lots of dishes, pots, pans, utensils. We have many condiments such as mustard, mayo, ketchup and hot sauce, canola, olive oil -- coffee, tea, sugar and flour. There are spices in each unit such as salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot peppers. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. Each condo has a BBQ grill on the deck. Condo #3 is the top floor with vaulted ceilings and the best view. Pack n Play, high chair, dog beds available on request Dogs allowed with fee, maximum 2 dogs

Overall, we found Chilkat Towers an impeccable residence for our family of four. When we had guests (our adult daughter and her husband) visit, provisions (plates, glassware and utensils) were still sufficient for one meal. The staples available for cooking, laundry and bathing were a real trove. Cleaning supplies were also abundant. It appeared prior guess bequeathed there remainders for the good of future guests which was an unexpected pay-it-forward kind of surprise. There were few problematic items - a weak spot in the subfloor at the threshold into the kitchen from the great room space and charging devices from some power outlets seemed inoperable (TBT, that could have been our cables!). We found WiFi and TV adequate except when the Cruise Ship was in port - quality of service was seriously degraded - for wireless service as well. We were in the middle floor and experienced a bit of a thermal chimney effect limiting our ability to cool off the premises at night; admittedly, during our stay temperatures reached >70°F and with clear skies, Sun shine heat was unyielding. The numerous ceiling fans helped to at least move the air around. The only bathroom was nicely setup and towels and sundries were luxurious. We struggled with the ventilation fan and were never really sure we got it to operate correctly if at all. The windows were of the sash type and only the lower window opened which did little to help alleviate the steamy cloud from showers. TBH, that was a nit. 5*s!

Lovely property with mountain view from the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. Loved that the bathroom had a separate room for the toilet. Beds were comfortable and space was very clean. Within walking distance to everything in downtown Haines!! Would stay again
