Location is good clean and tidy less noisy going to haram is pretty quick sometimes it took me just 11 minutes to reach haram from hotel. Way back is sometimes more than 30 mins. Near by area has good restaurants and food options if you want to eat outside. Worth a punt
They should keep property more clean. Housekeeping is good but not the best

Really luxury. And super clean
I am very disappointed with your customer service. The staff gave me Room 522, which is very far from the lift, even though my mother is elderly and cannot walk properly.
There were empty rooms available, so I don’t understand why he gave us a room so far away. He should have considered my mother’s condition and given us a room closer to the lift.
Honestly, I felt very bad about this experience. I expected better service and more care from your staff, especially when travelling with an elderly mother.
I hope management will look into this matter and make sure this does not happen to other guests.
