We very much enjoyed our stay, despite the intermittent rain. Firstly, the owners were responsive and supportive. As we have allergies, we asked for specific changes before we arrived so that we wouldn't have too much fragrance in the home and this was accommodated without fuss. While there we had an issue with the shower temperature and they came over to check it out at our convenience (there was no fault, just our own confusion).
There was a superb welcome basket - the best we've ever seen! They didn't need to provide all that, but it was very lovely to receive as it does indeed make you feel very welcome (and spoilt).
The home was exceptionally clean, bright and airy. The rooms are spacious. There was a superb conservatory that we enjoyed sitting in (separate from the children), and that also did a great job drying clothes on the airer on rainy days. There was a well equipped kitchen with dining table in the centre.
In terms of location, it's only a short drive to the beaches one way (Broad Haven is the nearest) and the town is similarly close (although there didn't appear to be a shop in walking distance) so it's a great base. We had so much fun in the charming shallow sea of Broad Haven and the restaurants/cafes there are of a good standard and service. We also went to Picton Castle Gardens which is well worth a visit.
Highly recommend the area and indeed The Cottage.
If there was anything to add, we could have done with more towels (like hair towels) but I'm sure that if we'd asked they would have brought some over.

We had a lovely 3-night stay at this cottage in Pembrokeshire. It was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were really comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. A perfect base for exploring the area—we'd happily stay again.

We booked a 3-night stay at this beautiful cottage and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish.
The cottage is exceptionally well thought out, with a fantastic layout that separates the bedrooms from the living areas, providing both privacy and comfort. It was perfect for our group of four adults, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.
Everything was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and finished to a very high standard.
The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The thoughtful "Croeso" welcome hamper, along with a detailed information pack explaining how to use appliances, local emergency numbers and places of interest was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
The location was excellent, with local amenities just a short drive away and easy access to all the places we wanted to visit throughout Pembrokeshire.
It provided the perfect base for exploring the area while still offering peace and tranquillity at the end of each day.
I throughly enjoyed watching the busy blue tits back and forth to the nesting box in the garden.
We couldn't fault a thing and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We would happily return in the future.
