The location is excellent, right next to the bus station, to the main road in the old town, near restaurants and bars, we even walked to the airport in just 20 minutes.
The room was spotless, with fresh towels provided every day. It had everything we needed, including a hairdryer, clothes iron, and other thoughtful amenities. The attention to the small details really made our stay feel comfortable and welcoming.
If we come back to Skiathos, we will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place!

Super clean, everyday i had fresh towls, the bed maid, and smelled clean all the time, bonus for a great air conditioner and no noise from outside at all when closed windows, slept like a baby

It was central to the main town, marina and restaurants.
The upstairs bedroom was built inside the timber roof and not much headspace. Low ceilings and floors squeaked and kept down stairs awake.
There is a bar next door with extremely loud music going all hours in the morning. Which made it difficult to sleep.

Helpful friendly owner , cleaning done every day
Next door to a night club very noisy at night
Very low ceiling up stairs and steep stairs more like a ladder
Shower didn’t drain away very quickly and flooded the bathroom every time
Hot water was very hot could scold if not very careful
No fire alarm as on 2 nd floor
Stairs lights didn’t work when arrived
But were fixed after reported to owner
