Apt is nice but the people who rent it are not professionals , they care about nothing but money.

A beautiful town with the awsome beaches. I fell in love with Tropea. A good food, cipolla, nduja..mmm ))))) A very good location of the apt in the center near the stairs which lead to the beach. Apt is nice and cute, BUT...

It's the worse and the 1st bad experience on Booking I’ve ever had. A contact number is a woman that knows nothing about this apartment. WARNING! I highly recommend you to shoot a video when you check in and to ask this woman to be present. We didn't see her either on the 1st or the last day. The day before departure I told her we were going to leave around 8 am. I had to leave the key at the restaurant downstairs if no one's there I had to call her. It was closed (I thought she knew when it opens) so I started to call her at 7:55 in W-app, my mom called her on the phone…she responded only at 8:22. So we left the key in Minimarket. We left 30 min later than planned. The next day a message from her “avete fatto grossi danni" The shower head cracked in my hands (a place where it connects with the hose) it even didn't fall, it was too old so it can’t be a “big damage”…so I asked what happened. We were blamed that some shelf at or behind TV was broken, I still can’t imagine how it looks like, we didn't use any shelf, in few hours she wrote that the shower holder and the shelf were ripped from the wall. I still hope it was a bad joke. Than I understood she knows nothing about this apt As for the shower head, the old and rusty things has to be replaced in advance, you mustn’t wait when they get broken to blame people In apt you can find: -someone’s hairball on the floor (bad cleaning) -broken toilet lid, it was a comment about that in August, but it wasn't fixed -the toilet door is always half opened because of the washer, you can't close it. When you pass by you can see your family member sitting on the toilet. So you have to close the small room and ask not to come in to have some privacy -and the BIGGEST BONUS is a water pump which works so loud at night (1-7am) so the noise from the street was nothing. It's in the wall I don’t know if it's from this apt or another. We didn’t sleep almost the whole week, it works like a drill.

To był nasz pierwszy raz w Tropea, położenie mieszkanie jest absolutnie idealne, standard OK.

Osoba, która opiekuje się mieszkaniem, pozwoliła nam zostawić bagaże o 12.00 mimo, że check in był dopiero o 15.00. W trakcie pobytu również pytała, czy nam czegoś nie potrzeba. Największym autem jest położenie w samym centro storico, do najbliższej plaży jest dosłownie kilka kroków i wysokie schody, ale całe centro storico położone jest na górze. Lokaliacja absolutnie fantastyczna.

Prysznic wymaga wymiany, słuchawka od wody bardzo przecieka, a woda nie schodzi w brodziku, tak jak powinna, łazience przydałby się mały remont. Koce na kanapach do siedzenia były brudne.
