La ubicación.
Tener que buscar y dejar las llaves en otro edificio que está entre 5 y 10 minutos caminando y la dificultad para abrir la caja donde se ubican las llaves. Cuesta muchísimo acertar con los números para que se abra. Pienso que deberían cambiarla, porque de tanto uso está desajustada. Además, la fianza de 1000AUD, que debes pagar, muy complicada de hacer, ya que te tienes que descargar la aplicación WISE (que no necesito para nada). Y que 12 días después, sigo esperando el reembolso, cuando te dicen que lo hacen en 7 días.Espero recibirlo ya y no tener que tomar otras medidas.

near to town.
its quite troublesome for check in. we have to pick the keys at different place and have to come back to chck in. and have to early chck out and send the keys back where we took it. No iron and ironing board.
