Nestled in SeaTac, this attractive condo for $179 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. *This is waterfront Lake home, 2.7 miles from SeaTac Airport. The Lake is link light rail station from SeaTac International. 1min freeway entrance, 15min drive to downtown Seattle. This home is located on a private road with 2 parking spots and separate entry. You will have your own private apartment, beach on Angle Lake. Lake view from your bedroom, living room or balcony with 180 degree of lake view. *Apartment #3 has two rooms one California king size bedroom with a full view of the lake, and the other room has a full-size bed, closet for each room, a queen size air-mattress, full bathroom, modern new kitchen, dining area, exquisite living room space with a beautiful view of the lake, laundry room, balcony that face the lake gorgeous waterfront. The Lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes, so you can fish and swim. Home is spacious and nicely decorated. We just remodeled it November of 2019. You will have a smart lock to check in yourself. We don’t live in the property, but we are 10 minutes away if you need anything. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving. *Private road entrance with separate entry to the apartment. Two parking spots, You will have a full access to the entire apartment. *It has a nice park to spend a pleasant walking or jogging, picnic area, playground as well as lakeside beach. Swimming area, boating, fishing, open recreation area, water spray park. The lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes. Starbucks, Big Foot Java, Dilettante Mocha Café. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving. Restaurants/ Food & Drink/ Within 2miles • Bahama Breeze (Caribbean restaurant), my favorite family restaurant. • Olive Garden (Italian restaurant) • Grazie Restaurant (Italian restaurant) • Din Tai Fung (Taiwanese restaurant) • Moctezuma’s Mexican Restaurant & Tequila Bar • The Cheesecake Factory • Joey South Center (Our favorite restaurant + Bar) • Bowlero South Seattle (Bowling alley, bar and restaurant). . Twin peak (Restaurant and Bar) * Simply Thai ( Thai Restaurant) * Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya (Japanese Restaurant) * 85*C Bakery Café (Roots in Taiwan) Yummy pastries, great price & testy. *The lake is a link light rail station in SeaTac, WA. Which travels North to Seattle-Tacoma international Airport, Rainier Valley, Downtown Seattle and UW. It's just under $10 ride from the Airport to the house. Note: if you are traveling with infant or small children please let me know before you arrive. I have the list below and I can have what you need ready. children books and toys, children dinnerware, Pack’n Play/travel crib that can be used for a Nap, change, and sleep, high chair,Outlet covers for safety. **Key code entrance, smart video doorbell outside of the door. Security camera in the parking lot, security camera from unit #4 patio facing too Angel lake waterfront only. Air conditioning in the living room only.

Rented so my Neice who flew in would not have to drive an additional 1.5 hours North just to stay the night, then head to Oregon the next afternoon. This place was minutes from her car rental pick up and nicer than I anticipated.
The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen in a rental. The bed linens top quality and beautiful, plenty of seating in the living area. Great TV, but with the lake at your doorstep it was hardly used.
Much better than a hotel in the area - We sat outside and enjoyed the sunset, we ate, caught up on family and it was wonderful.

Great place to relax. Just a 30 minute train ride to downtown Seattle. No worries about driving or parking as the parking garage at the Angle Lake station was ample. Condo was perfect for us. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfy.

Cons: The master bed pillow options very very firm. I used one from the other bedroom but it had a fresh stain on it. Thankfully there were spare pillowcases and I was able to use the wonderfully soft pillow.
There was also a dark hair in the bed and a squashed spider, but otherwise the house was spotless!
Our only real complaint was the only options of purchasing an insurance policy, making the cost significantly higher OR a $1500.00 deposit charged to my card.
One week later and still no refund initiated. I don’t know if this is an owner decision, or a CRV old standard but I won’t be using this platform again for that reason.

Very small property not for more than a couple maybe 2 kids. Not what advertised. Areas around are very unkept. I’m not staying here ever again. I won’t recommend the property.

Title explained - you drive down this very very very interesting side road or hidden road and our first response was like whoa but when we got to the end of the road and saw our place it was everything the owner said so far!
Another reason we said "hidden" and "gem" was everything else. The property is everything we could have asked for! First the owner was spot on on all the essentials travelers might need all the way down to the seasoning for cooking. And it was plentiful!
The dwelling is wonderfully furnished. Upgraded kitchen appliances,nice internet, the bed is KING Size .....lolol.....nice 2nd bed room furnished well.(no tvs in bedrooms) huh? Still great job...
The lake in the back is another hidden gem! Oh my goodness.....talk about SERENITY CAPTURED.......Not to big not to small....if you want to go sit and read, chat with your company, grill, or just "be present to your surroundings"" yea this is definitely the spot.

We drank coffee on the dock in the mornings and wine on the patio in the evenings (sunsets were amazing!). The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. This place is very close to the airport. There are at least two bald eagles that live in the magnificent trees on the property. We watched them daily. Although Seattle area has lots of rain and clouds, our 5 day stay had perfect weather.Check in was seamless. The host, Ilita, was wonderful, responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I loved my getaway.

We drank coffee on the dock in the mornings and wine on the patio in the evenings (sunsets were amazing!). The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. We enjoyed the convenience of this location and water front easy access to the lake. Apt was cozy, beds were very comfortable, very pleasant stay overall.
Very tiny one person bathroom, bathtub did not seal and this was very important to us, so we were very disappointed in this.

Peaceful & Rejuvinating
My family and I were their for a convention and it was wonderful every night to come back and and relax and rejuvenate from our work day at the convention. I personally loved staying back for one whole day to relax. Great place!!! Hoping to come back again for sure.

The property is well managed and right on the lake. Check in and check out procedures were clear and the unit was clean. Well stocked kitchen and some nice touches with the pods for the Keurig machine and a bottle of wine. We found the beds quite comfortable and none us had trouble sleeping which is unusual for us when we travel. Loved the patio and grassy outdoor space with all the seating and the BBQ worked great.
We enjoyed using our Stand Up Paddle Boards and Kayak in the lake. The lake is clean and warm enough to swim. Enjoyed using the deck, though you have to be pretty agile to get down the steep ramp to the dock.
Things that we found to be minor issues, but in no way took away from the great time that we had.
Unit #3 is lowest level of a triplex. The other units are rented out as well. You do hear the people above you walking around. Three different groups rented out the unit while we were there and two of the groups walked with lead feet and one group we didn’t really hear.. So the amount of noise kind of depends on who rents the unit above you.
You share the outdoor space with the other groups, which I don’t mind because I enjoy meeting other people.
Even though you are really close to the freeway, you don’t really notice the noise from the freeway. You do hear the planes taking off when all the windows are closed, but I didn’t find the noise that bad. As I mentioned before we slept great, but if you are a really light sleeper, you may want to bring some earplugs for sleeping.
If you cook something in the oven, you will set off the multiple smoke detectors just by turning the oven on even with the door open. That was a little annoying.
Overall, we had a great time and it was a fun place for us to spend a week to relax and slow down.

The inside of the property was beautiful. The couch and the beds were comfortable... The space was perfect for four of us. The lake outside was beautiful and peaceful. There is a bbq grill however i was unable to take advantage of it due to time. I also loved the board games for the kids and the cards in the drawer.
The only drawback was the because the ceilings are so low that when i cooked in the over or made turkey bacon the smoke detector kept going off so i had to leave the door open. Other then that small drawback i would definitely stay here again !!
