As you ascend the stairs to the upper level, prepare to be amazed by the master bedroom. This spacious haven boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Indulge in the ultimate comfort and privacy, rejuvenating both body and soul. The third bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a full bed and twin bunk, providing versatile sleeping arrangements for guests of all ages. The fourth bedroom also offers a full bed and twin bunk, ensuring ample space for a restful night's sleep. Every detail has been considered to ensure your utmost comfort and relaxation. Take a dip in the large screened pool or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents. We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Guest booking must be 21 years of age or older. we offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis Clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The Oasis Clubhouse is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily. Temporary structures are strictly forbidden by the HOA. This rental property has a Doorbell camera in the exterior of the home pointed toward street and front door.

The property was nice and exactly as described. The title of the property is “luxury”. There are a few things that could take this property from good to luxury. As described, there are exactly 8 towels, 3 hand towels, and 4 beach towels. The bath towels were very thin and so was the toilet paper. There was no bath rugs or additional towels to put on the tile floor. There is a very large window in the shower that overlooks the street and is across from the other two story townhomes. I am 5’8” and my husband is 6’2”. It would be nice for you to consider frosting the glass or adding blinds for a little more privacy. The ac stopped working while we were there. The mgt team was very responsive and sent people over to repair it asap. Overall, the property bedrooms and layout was great for our family.

Beautiful place to get away with the family. Space to move, downstairs bedroom very nice for those who struggle with stairs, and pool is just the right size to splash and relax. Most of the beds are great - larger beds in the themed rooms, you can feel you are sleeping on boards. Also, stairs are quite steep - not really a critique, just an fyi if some in your party struggles with stairs. Overall, would recommend for sure.

Townhome was as advertised. Spacious and well maintained. And in many respects better. Surprised at how comfortable the beds were. That’s not the usual in short term rental. Very quite neighborhood too. Great location for theme park visits or just getting away. On site water park was great for kids and adults. This is now our go-to location for our Orlando visits.

This was a great place and we would 100% book it again. The location is about 20 minutes from the Disney area, which is fine for us and has plenty of restaurant and store offerings close by.
The property was very clean and up to date, check-in was easy, but it is the little things not mentioned that took us a little by surprise. Listing here so you can come prepared.
*Toilet Paper - ultra-thin, very cheap.
*Towels - bare minimum provided based on head count, NO EXTRAS and not even a bath mat for safety when getting out of the shower/tub wet or even one hand towel. Only one washcloth per bathroom, not per person.
*Check-Out is immediately at 10:00am! We attempted to unlock the door literally 30 to 60 seconds past that to grab our remaining bags and were locked out! We had to call and wait for a new code to get in, which was taken care of in 10-15 minutes.
*Televisions appear to be streaming only, but we could not find where this was listed. We could not get cable on any of them (one in each bedroom + living room) and are tech savvy. We could stream with our own platform memberships or phones. When asked about through the VRBO app we got a quick reply that their maintenance team only works until 5PM so would not be available until the next day, so we told them to forget it as it was not our primary reason for being there.
*Coffee filters are not provided, but a maker is, so bring some along.

Townhome was great for our family. The size and layout worked great for our family of 5. Only thing I would change is the window in master shower. Just a bit awkward taking a shower with outside being able to see. If you are 6 feet or under it is just your head in the window but any taller and you start getting shoulders and below in window.
Overall it is a great townhome for our visit to Disney.

Overall stay was great for our short weekend away to the parks. The fridge stopped working while we were there but management came and fixed the issue in a timely manner.

The home had enough space. The quality of the towels, bedding, and decor in the property were very low. The pool is much smaller than expected. Not enough towels and washcloths. Cleaning products were also low quality. The fridge quit on us on the second day. Had to throw out milk and ice cream.

The house was great but missing a lot of kitchen item like a whisk, potato masher, mittens for removing hot items from the oven. The pool was amazing and definitely worth the extra for to be heated. The master bath had rust on the curtain rod and the white curtains had seen better days. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The blinds in the living room was loose. The property needs some upkeep but it was perfect for us. Also the oasis clubhouse is amazing and a definite must if you have kids. The food there is also very good. Overall we had a great time.

Absolutely wonderful property. Such a convenient location! Kids had a blast in the private pool and the rooms were large, clean and perfect! You'll want to bring your own beach towels if your party is larger than 4.
We had an issue with the refrigerator that was fixed within an hour. Management company was very friendly and responsive!

We rented the place so that we could spend time in the sun and work from the patio, not possible and the management refused to do anything.

This is the first time that i can say enjoy my vacation with my whole family. The place is clean, great decorations, awesome activities in the club house.
CONS: I paid for turn-on the water heater of the pool and nobody did it. We were not the only ones. According to a review we read that happened to other family.

Upon arrival, the kids quickly noticed that the internet login was failing. It was after office hours, the vm clearly stated emergency only. We finally laid down to realize that the comforter was filthy. Pulling down the covers, everything was filthy! My son’s bed in the master suite upstairs was too. I took pics and emailed the IHM Vacation office. I followed up the next morning. They sent out the housekeepers. They changed the bedding and took the comforter. Never returned it.
IHM maintenance fixed the internet that day too. But the following day Spectrum came in. They turned the internet off to change out boxes. When they left, housekeeping walked in without knocking. Asking why were we still there…..our check out was the following day though. It was a zoo that day.
I followed up with another email.
The lady on Saturday stated they were agreeing upon some type of monetary compensation. I checked out on Monday, I called again on Wednesday. I had to go through the same explanation because of communication breakdowns in their office. But after hold ons and call backs, the guy offered me $60! What in the world is that? I would’ve at least figured one nights stay in compensation. That wasn’t close, it was an insult! I fully paid for my stay and wanted nothing. But I expected everything I was promised when I paid!

I give this house an average rating some pros and cons. Decor was nice and the house was clean. The house sleeps 12 but there were only 8 bath towels 1 face cloth and 1 hand towel and 8 pool towels. There were no kitchen towels or wash cloth. The towels had some stains. I requested the pool to be heated and it was not. The management company was very responsive before checking in but after I checked in I could not reach anyone. I left a message on the phone number sent multiple texts and used the message board to try to contact them and received no response. I was very disappointed with the management company. The message board was a very cool feature. There was quite a bit of construction going on in the area. The oasis was too far to walk but water was heated and it was a nice experience since the pool at the house did not get heated. I will try to avoid any rentals with this management company.
