The kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date appliances and has breakfast bar seating. Enjoy meals at the formal dining space. Relax in the living room with a large TV, ample seating and sliding glass doors out to the pool deck. You will find a master bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Continue upstairs to be wowed by the other 4 bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find a master bedroom, a VIP suite, and 2 fun kids rooms! The master bedroom and VIP suite both feature a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The kids' rooms both have two twin beds. The second floor also features a custom loft area! Play a round of pool at the pool table or watch the big game atop the bar seating on the large TV. Spend a night in and watch a family-favorite movie in the game room! The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

We stayed for a week with our family. The house was spacious…en suites in every bedroom!! Paid for the heat in the pool and was worth every penny as it wasn’t that warm out. A problem offered with the pump; sent a note to manager and they had someone there to fix it in now time at all. Great stay.

Upon arrival at the Magical Vacation Homes office, my main question was regarding the pool and had the heater been turned on as we had paid extra for heating the pool. On this vacation, we rented this home for the beautiful pool and hot tub and our plans were to spend 100% of our time at the vacation home. We were told the heater should be on. When we arrived at the home, the pool had not been cleaned and was dirty. We immediately determined that the pump was not working and appeared to have been nonworking for several days due to the condition of the pool. The pool water was cold. We called the office and they said they would have someone come to look at the pool. The pool required a new pump. Mid-afternoon on our second day, they did replace the pump and the pool was cleaned. We lost our 2nd day of using the pool since the heater required 8 hours to heat the pool. Day 3 really started our vacation since we now could now use the pool. Since we had lost 2 days of using the pool, we requested a late check out for 4:00 PM on Saturday so we could spend one final day poolside. The management approved the extended check out with no charge but they shut the pool heater off so the water was not very warm The house was not stocked very well, there was one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper for every bathroom, one dishwashing tablet and one trash bag! The cooking utensils along with pots and pans were inadequate for a home that is designed for 10 people. The overall cleanliness was below par. The theater and game room had trash under the theater seats and there were light bulbs out throughout the home. The home is not properly maintained. The only bright spot was Alan who worked at the management office. Alan (who had a wonderful British accent) was a joy to work with. Professional and responsive. Unfortunately, his management company did not understand how to properly maintain the homes they manage. There were obviously no quality checks before the home is rented again to assure everything is working properly and the home is clean for the next renters. The home was beautiful but due to the poor maintenance and cleanliness, we will not rent from Magical Vacation Homes again.

Wonderful home, nicely furnished. Easy to check in. Our whole family enjoyed the heated pool and game room! House could’ve been a little cleaner at arrival (dead baby frogs like someone left the door open...) Would still definitely recommend and go back!
