an "ok" stay

the room was large imo and had all the amenities i needed. once i had the entry codes it worked flawlessly. the toilet was large enough as sometimes japanese toilets are small. the bed was also large and comfortable.

my entry codes were withheld due to non-submittal of passport picture/info according to the company. when i booked the room i did submit my passport info as all hotels/b&b require it nowadays. this was my third room booked this trip so i know the requirement. when trying to call the number on the website, the 1st call was partially answered but disconnected. all subsequent call were not answered. i had to ask a salesperson at my last purchase to help me and after what took her about a 15 min. call......finally was sent an email with the codes to enter the property. hint-make sure you have the entry codes b4 you approach the property. also, the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly as long hairs were noticed on the floors and some items were quite dusty.
