The location is excellent. The building is clean though very old. The Rooms are large and spacious. You could actually put a couch in each room to give couples a private space to relax in. A more stable table would be good as I am worried someone will break that glass top as it is not fixed to the legs. Putting laptops on it could unbalance it.
There are a lot of security personnel in the area - we felt very safe. The area is clean and a pleasure to view.
The security gate got stuck and was very difficult to open. The bathroom doors cannot close properly and the locks are broken. The black mould in the cupboards. The broken tiles and hole in the bathroom wall should be fixed. It is a really lovely apartment but could do with some fixing up. The rooms are super and the view is spectacular. You could charge a lot more if you fixed the little things. The lift stops on the 3rd floor every time.

It’s has nice view for the beach
It’s not clean special the windows and most of the things inside are not working…special kitchen…and the wif it’s t not wrong
