Soggiorno rilassante e avventuroso.

C'era tutto ciò che poteva servire per il soggiorno di una settimana, residence molto tranquillo e posizione buona. Calasetta è molto carina.

La casa molto accogliente e tranquilla .Vicinissima al mare anche se purtroppo abbiamo trovato la poseidonia anche i padroni gentilissimi .

Il bagno del sottotetto un po' piccolo con il rubinetto della vasca da sistemare.Ma niente tutto sommato funzionante

Aspettative deluse, costi nascosti e inadatta a bambini piccoli

L'alloggio si trova abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia di Sotto Torre (circa 2-3 minuti a piedi) e la comodità di avere il parcheggio privato è sicuramente utile. Tuttavia si trova abbastanza distante dal centro, con non meno di 10 minuti a piedi (considerando la dimensione della cittadina sono tanti). La cittadina è molto carina e a misura di famiglia, la casa invece no.

1) L'alloggio è composto da 3 stanze su 3 livelli, questa cosa non è mai stata detta nell'annuncio e non si evince dalle foto (in nessuna foto si vedono le scale). Con una bambina piccola è stato un incubo doversi spostare da un piano all'altro con il timore che la bambina rotolasse giù da quelle scale strette a chiocciola. La proprietaria sapeva che avevamo una bimba piccola perchè abbiamo chiesto una culla e questo "piccolo dettaglio" sarebbe stato bello scoprirlo prima. 2) Solo 12 ore prima del nostro arrivo (quindi a cancellazione gratuita non più applicabile e a vacanze ormai non più rinviabili) emergono 60 € di spese di pulizia che non sono state minimamente quantificate nell'annuncio. Avendo avuto questa informazione prima, avrei senz'altro scelto un altro alloggio. Ho anche scritto a Booking supporto che non ho ricevuto. La prossima volta utilizzerò AirBnb che almeno mette tutte le spese in chiaro fin dall'inizio!! 3) La casa non è climatizzata (a differenza di tutti gli altri alloggi del residence che lo sono), bensì sono presenti dei ventilatori che, con i 40 gradi che ci sono stati durante il nostro soggiorno, erano totalmente inutili. Per fortuna non abbiamo soggiornato nella camera del terzo livello, che sta in un sotto tetto in cui c'era un caldo asfissiante ed il ventilatore non funzionava (mi chiedo se sia legale far alloggiare persone in una stanza simile). 4) Ci sono due bagni, ma entrambi ciechi e senza finestre e questo è stato davvero molto scomodo. Esito: non ci torneremo e non consiglierei di alloggiare in questo appartamento. Se avete figli piccoli cercate altro, Calasetta offre molto di meglio!!
