Proximity of the lake and town
Access to the lake. When we did walk down there we were confronted by people in the house next to pier. Small trash can outside would only fit two bags for a weeks stay.

What breakfast? Location was fine. Quiet and peaceful. The house is very nice. The day we arrived it was over 90 degrees. It would be nice to have some air conditioning for days like that, too hot to sleep well that night. Gradually cooled off thru the week and the house cooled also in response. Just my wife and I went this trip so it was all good. If anyone else goes with next time, I would like to have more than one bathroom. I'm the one who spends the most time hogging the BR.
Air conditioning and another BR would be nice. I understand that AC is not needed often in that area. A covered porch to sit outside during a rainy day would be great, or a covered area close to the firepit maybe even better.
