Very good for a few days getaway. Aquamundo is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel room. Breakfast is excellent.

Although it is a hotel room, you still need to remove the bed sheets and place them in a bag.

The hotel is clean and generally not bad, with a good mini market and enough space for a family stay. However, the very late check-in is a major drawback.

No clear instructions were provided. There is an app, but it’s not available on the international app store, so non-Dutch guests cannot download it. WhatsApp support is offered, but replies are very slow, and after around 8 PM, no one responds. The hotel provides access to certain water amenities, but towels are not included. The water park feels outdated, overcrowded, and poorly managed. There is no space to relax, and the attractions run slowly. Breakfast requires booking a time slot, but without the app—and with WhatsApp support unresponsive—it’s nearly impossible to arrange. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, and the park itself is decent, though it could be better maintained. The golf courses are broken, and much of the property feels like it’s falling apart. Some facilities, which one would reasonably expect to be complimentary, are instead charged as extra services. Parking for hotel guests is located outside together with regular visitors, which means quite a long walk to the rooms.
