Appartamento carino e confortevole, ideale per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza dell’aria condizionata, che funzionava perfettamente, dell’area esterna e del parcheggio privato. Anche il bagno e la cucina sembrano essere stati recentemente rinnovati e la presenza della lavastoviglie è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. La posizione è inoltre molto comoda, essendo vicina alla spiaggia di Artatore. Un’ottima nota di merito va anche a Martina, che gestisce gli appartamenti: è sempre stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, sia al nostro arrivo sia durante il soggiorno. È stata facilmente raggiungibile anche via WhatsApp per qualsiasi necessità e ci ha dato volentieri consigli sui ristoranti in zona. Quest’accoglienza davvero molto piacevole ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno migliore.
Nel complesso l’appartamento era pulito e ci siamo trovati bene, anche se ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ad esempio, le tende avrebbero bisogno di essere lavate. Anche le piante lungo la strada di accesso sarebbero da potare, perché in alcuni punti è necessario spostarle continuamente per evitare che finiscano in faccia, cosa non particolarmente comoda soprattutto quando si entra o si esce con le valigie. Un altro aspetto che abbiamo trovato piuttosto problematico è stata la presenza davvero abbondante di zanzare. Infine, abbiamo trovato un po’ scomoda la totale assenza di alcuni prodotti di prima necessità, come carta igienica, sapone, detersivo per i piatti e spugne. Sarebbe molto apprezzato trovare almeno una piccola dotazione iniziale di questi prodotti, soprattutto per chi soggiorna solo per pochi giorni. Nel complesso l’appartamento ha comunque delle ottime potenzialità e, con qualche piccolo accorgimento e una maggiore attenzione ad alcuni dettagli, potrebbe diventare davvero molto piacevole.

Really great location, appr. 300m from the beach. Quiet street in a quiet village, but still a small market and a family restaurant are just 50m away. Great place to make short or long walks or run in nature and then jump into the sea. The apartment is almost new; the air conditioning works perfectly. Equipped with all the cookware necessary to make some quick meals. Martina is super friendly and responsive, helped us with some minor requests.
Only very minor things: it would be good to have mosquito nets on the windows - now you have to choose between air conditioning and mosquitoes; the provided electric mosquito repellents do not really work. Some more glasses were good, as drinking Karlovacko from a mug-like glass hurts the experience :) . Some hangers for stuff in the bathroom.

Vorhandene Technik funktionierte gut - 2 Klimageräte für Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer; Großer Kühlschrank mit großem seperatem Eisfach. Sehr ruhige Lage, geringe Entfernung zum Shop und zum nächsten Restaurant.
Küche nur mit dem Minimum ausgestattet; Keine Kaffee oder Teekanne, keine Deckel für die Töpfe/Pfanne, Schneidebrett fehlt; Defekte Lampen im Kühlschrank, Dunstabzug, Badspiegel; Ständig Moskitos in der Wohnung - keine Netze an der Türe oder Fenster.

Uredan i dobro opremljen apartman, blizina plaže, jako ljubazna domaćica uvijek na raspolaganju. Jako sam zadovoljan i ako me put nanese vratiti ću se opet.
