We arrived quite late but the staff was very patient and helpful. The bar attached to the accommodation had some lovely food and drink and we were able to enjoy a nice bottle of Prosecco and some tasty meze style plates. We had a very nice arancini and coffee for breakfast even though it's quite a busy location for locals and many others. Staff was very relaxed and warm. We only stayed the one night as we were traveling from Palermo Airport to other locations but, I would recommend this establishment for sure.
Following Sat-Nav (Apple Play) brought us to the wrong location and was a bit stressful as it was late but, with their help we were able to find it not so far away. I recommend you get clarification before heading there.

the room was a good size once I found it. the shower was very good.
the noise from the kitchen fan despite having paid to overlook the courtyard was very annoying because it started at 0430 both days. the location was not perfect and the breakfast consisted of a drink and sandwich with healthy options like fruit or yogurts etc
