Pool was beautiful, although only 6 sunbeds so slightly worried not enough for everyone but as it happens we were fine.
Continental breakfast was lovely and well.provided for gluten free options for 2 coeliacs
Room a nice size and really nice balconies
2 sinks in bathroom was a bonus
General area nice and quiet
Brilliant place for bus routes
Would have liked gluten free toast because the bread itself is never great
No standing shower head in the bathroom. There was a shower but fitted to bath only which was difficult for 3 women with long hair
Not enough hanging storage for 3 people but we managed
Train does go right passed the apartment but they do stop in the late evening

Very clean and staff very kind and attentive. Nice pool. Beds comfortable. Location good for exploring lake Garda south.
The rooms weren’t made up or cleaned during our four night stay.
As mentioned in almost every review, the breakfast is not good at all. Their response to everyone is that it’s a “typical Italian breakfast”, but it really isn’t, it’s a shop bought cake, some basic bread rolls and some yogurts. They kindly arranged for some pieces of fruit for us as well as some hard boiled eggs after we asked, but it was still an extremely basic breakfast compared to anywhere else we have stayed. It is also awkward to have to ask specially for things (another example is that toiletries weren’t replaced or restocked so we had no hand soap, shower gel or shampoo by day 4 … but because we’d already asked for sun umbrellas by the pool (which were kindly arranged) and some fruit for breakfast, we didn’t feel like we could also ask for the toiletries to be topped up, so went without.

Good AC
Bathroom was not part of the room. Had to cross the public floor which was also used by others guests to access bathroom. Very inconvenient with a family of 4. Heard trains of neighboring train track all night.
Breakfast only from 8.15 to 9.45. missed it.
