Spend a dream vacation in Grömitz at this extensively renovated and newly designed home. Fresh colors, natural wood tones, and thoughtful details welcome you with maritime charm—and a unique view of the Baltic Sea!
The house is situated in an exclusive location, right next to the beach and not far from the new marina.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea—soak up the sunshine while you enjoy breakfast and watch the ships on the sea, come rain or shine.
The apartment, located on the 3rd floor, is easily accessible via the elevator. The spacious apartment features a generous layout. Even in bad weather, you won’t feel cramped, thanks to the LCD TVs in two separate rooms and the various seating areas. The combined living/dining area measures 28 square meters, and the separate bedroom is 10 square meters. The bed is equipped with a high-quality, full-length mattress topper (160x200). Both rooms have their own balconies with direct ocean views. During the morning rush, it’s convenient that the bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms. The small, separate kitchen is equipped with everything to make daily life easier: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The building features a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Shopping options are nearby. A lockable room is available for your bicycles.
