Wunderschöne Unterkunft & Lage und super Vermieter
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienanlage ist ein absoluter Traum! Das wurde mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Jeden Tag konnte ich die Sonne in der Adria untergehen sehen. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat man auch das Velebit-Gebirge und kann sich dieses im Paklenika-Nationalpark anschauen. Alles atemberaubend schön!
Marinko und seine Mutter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich mit sehr großer Hingabe um all ihre Gäste. Absolut klasse!
Die Ferienwohnungen sind super schön, alle haben einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Adria und das Velebit-Gebirge. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sauber ist auch alles.
Das W-LAN war sehr gut und verlässlich. Das vermisst man oft in Deutschland.
Alles in allem : Absolut Top und empfehlenswert! ;-)
Man bedauert die Abreise und hofft auf ein baldiges Wiederkommen...

Super Urlaub
Ein sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub in Familiärer Atmosphäre. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Ein Klasse Team kümmert sich einfach um alles. Auch unsere Tochter (7Jahre) hatte tolle 3 Wochen

Adria Paradies is the perfect name for this property. It started with a warm greeting from the owner's mom. Even though she didn't speak English, she got us right to Marinko. Whenever we saw her around after that, she was always smiling and quick to say hello. Marinko welcomed us with a quick tour around the property and offered drinks up while we waited for our room to be ready...which it was within 30 minutes of our arrival (even though we got there well before check in). He is an amazing host who is delightful to sit around and chat with. The room itself was perfect. There was a living room with small kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. The minute we walked into the living room, we had the most amazing view. It was like a post card. But, walking out onto the balcony took our breath away. It was huge with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool and the sea. There was a rack for drying our wet suits and towels and an extra lounger to kick back and relax. Finally a full roll out shade to keep the sun off late in the day. The apartment was spotless. In addition to the futon in the living area, there was a table and chairs to eat and, a TV for the evenings. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom had a large comfy bed with full doors out to the balcony covered with mosquito netting. There was a large armoire and tables on each side of the bed. For clothing overflow, there was a set of drawers in the entry way. The bathroom was efficient and clean...plenty of hot water in the shower and room for toiletries. The property itself is just spectacular. There are multiple levels along the water with plenty of chairs to lay out on. There are umbrellas available to us if you want more shade. There is a nice easy, graded entry into the crystal clear water. There are also spots were you can dive in if you prefer. Bring shoes for the rocks and to avoid sea urchins. If the sea isn't for you, there's a good sized pool for your use with a kiddie area for the little ones. Bring beach towels or buy them in town. Other than that, the apartment has everything there. In June, we needed mosquito spray, not sure about the rest of the year. Just come prepared to relax!
I really could go on and on about this property (and I hate to give away what I feel is a secret hideaway), but I will finish by saying we couldn't have made a better choice and I highly recommend a stay here. It's truly Paradise!!!

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage
Die Anlage sowie die Wohnung war super!Riesen Terrasse mit Meerblick, direkten Zugang zum Meer und tolle Gastgeber! Alles ist ganz unkompliziert, Bier, Wein und Eis steht für alle zur Verfügung und wird auf Vertrauensbasis am Ende abgerechnet.
Hilfe zu Ausflügen etc waren inkl.
In Starigrad selbst gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants, ansonsten ist es eher ruhig, was für uns perfekt war. Vom Adriaparadies aus hat man eine top Lage für sämtliche Ausflüge (Split, Trogir, Krka Wasserfälle, Plitvicer Seen, Zadar und vieles mehr).
Wir waren begeistert und kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Familiäre Ferienanlage in Top-Lage
Die Anlage ist empfehlenswert für Urlauber, die es wie wir gerne ruhig und eher familiär lieben. Die Anlage ist nicht luxuriös aber sehr sauber und ordentlich, der Pool wurde alle 3 Tage komplett entleert und geschrubbt. Marinko kümmert sich rund um die Uhr um seine Gäste und steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In Ferienzeiten sind immer jede Menge Kinder da, und das in fast allen Altersgruppen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon sehr, wieder dort Urlaub zu machen.

Der Name ist Programm
Wir haben eine Woche in einem 1-Raum-Appartment im Adria-Paradies verbracht. Und es war traumhaft! Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. In dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten App. ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Balkon geht nach Westen raus, so dass er glücklicherweise morgens im Schatten lag und wir bei angenehmen Temperaturen draußen frühstücken konnten, mit einem tollen Blick auf Berge und Meer.
Die ganze "Anlage" ist wunderschön. Auf der großen Terrasse zwischen Häusern und Meer laden ein Pool und viele kleine und große Tische zum Verweilen ein. Man kann draußen kochen oder grillen. Es gibt Kühlschränke mit Eis und Getränken für kleines Geld. Schnell kam man mit anderen Urlaubern ins Gespräch.
Unterhalb der großen Terrasse gibt es noch zwei schmalere Terrassen mit Liegen und dann kommt direkt das Meer!
Es ist wirklich ein Paradies, was Marinko und seine Eltern dort geschaffen haben. Außerdem waren sie tolle Gastgeber, immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben und immer bemüht den Gästen alles so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Fantaaaaaaaaaastisch
Net terug van een heerlijke vakantie in Adria Paradies. Geweldig complex, kleinschalig met heel vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Alles gaat er gemoedelijk aan toe en het is schoon. Wij hebben bewust kamer 7 geboekt, direct aan zie. Deze prachtig uitzicht van 180 gr vanaf het enorme balkon. Ook de andere kamers kijken op zee uit. Kortom, Adria Paradies doet volledig zijn naam eer aan.

Nach einem persönlichen,liebevollen Empfang wurde uns sofort die komfortable Ferienwohnung gezeigt und im Anschluss die traumhafte Anlage,die alles zu einer genialen Erholung zu bieten hat(direkte Lage zum Meer,kostenlose Strandliegen,Pool,Außenküche mit Grills,Außenkühlschrank mit sämtlichen Getränken,Eis zur Selbtbedienung)ein Traumurlaub,den man nur empfehlen kann mit herzlichsten Vermietern.

Erholsame 14 Tage bei freundlichen Gastgebern
Auf unserer Suche nach einer privaten Ferienwohnung in Kroatien direkt am Meer wurden wir aufmerksam auf das ADRIA PARADIES. Und, neugierig wie wir waren nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen und wunderschönen
Bildern haben wir gleich gebucht.
Nach einer entspannten Autofahrt nach Starigrad Paklenika
auf neuen Autobahnen und sehr gut ausgebauten Küstenstraßen hat uns Marinko sehr freundlich empfangen und uns die Ferienwohnung gezeigt.
Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer Küche kombiniert und ist mit allen Utensilien ausreichend ausgestattet. Gefrühstückt haben wir auf der dazugehörigen großen und nicht einsehbaren Terrasse mit einer wundervollen freien Aussicht auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegende Insel Pag.
Von einer großen Gemeinschafts-Terrasse mit Swimmingpool und Dusche führt der Privatzugang über wenige Steintreppen direkt in das saubere, klare Meer. Wie angenehm ist es, gleich in Badebekleidung von der Wohnung aus über die Terrasse zu gehen und ins Meer zu springen!
Auf der terrassenförmigen Anlage stehen ausreichend genügend Sonnenliegen kostenlos bereit, auch an angenehmen, schattigen Plätzen. Eine bereit gestellte Kaffeemaschine und eine Auswahl von kühlen Getränken und verschiedenen Eissorten waren sehr willkommen.
Die Beschreibungen und Abbildungen der Anlage sind sehr passend, und wir haben alle Vorzüge während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthalts genießen dürfen.
Marinko hat uns wertvolle Tips für all unsere Fragen, für nah gelegene Restaurants und Ausflüge in die herrliche Natur mit wundervollen Ausblicken gegeben.
Vielen Dank Marinko, Nena und Ilija für das herzliche Willkommen, die Freundlichkeit und für eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit. Und wenn wir wieder einen Kroatien-Urlaub

Ein Traum!
Meine Mutter und ich haben Anfang Juni eine traumhafte Zeit im Adria Paradise verbracht, wobei man das "Paradise" wörtlich nehmen kann!
Von der ersten Sekunde haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!
Marinko und seine Mutter sind wundervolle Gastgeber und das Apartment einfach nur toll! Das beste ist der Meerblick! Man möchte gar nicht mehr von dem riesen Balkon runter!
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge, oder einfach nur zum Entspannen!
Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Super Zeit in Starigrad
Wir sind heute aus Starigrad zurückgekommen und haben uns super erholt. Die Anlage ist unter sehr sympathischer Familienführung und zu 100% wie es auf den Bilder gezeigt und beschrieben wird. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn, nur ein paar Meter und man ist von der Wohnung im Meer. Kostenlose Liegestühle auf mehreren Ebenen ( je nachdem wie viel Schatten man haben möchte ) guter Meereszugang, eine Süßwasserdusche am Meereswasserpool, eine Selbstbedienungsbar mit kalten Getränken und Eis zum Anschreiben mit sehr humanen Preisen. Auch die 3 Außengrills mit gut ausgestatteter Sommerküche lassen keine Wünsche offen dort auch sein Abendessen zuzubereiten. Noch ein paar Bemerkungen zur Ortschaft Starigrad: Länglicher Ort mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kleinen Läden, Restaurants mit Fisch und Grillfleisch, ein "Semi-U-Boot" mit Sichtfenstern zur Küstenerkundung, Fußwanderwege zu alten Hirtengräbern und an jeder Ecke Honig, Olivenöl und Schnaps. Des weiteren bietet die Umgebung Schiffstouren an ( Zadar --> Kronati ) und auch etwas für die Kultur wird getan ( Römersiedlungen Nin, Zadar, Split. Nicht unerwähnt sollte der wunderschöne Nationalpark Krka bleiben mit seinen Süßwasserfällen. Also nur ran und bei Mariko, dem Vermieter, eine Wohnung buchen.

Einfach nur Empfehlenswert!!!
Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll...
Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, aber werden seehr gerne das nächste mal länger bleiben!
Die Appartments sind sehr schön, geräumig, super sauber und ordentlich und haben einen schönen Meerblick!
es gibt einen kleinen, eigenen Strand und in der Hochsaison eine kleine Bar und einen Grill zur Benutzung.
Man kann dort einfach entspannen, die seele baumeln lassen und sich einfach wohl fühlen.
Wenn man nicht im Appartment essen mag, gibt es wenige Gehminuten entfernt ein paar Restaurants...uns wurde ein Fischrestaurant empfohlen, das wirklich unglaublich gut war.
Die Familie ist super nett, hilfsbereit und spricht super deutsch(ehem kölner;-))!
Wenn man gerne klettert, wandert oder natur sehen mag, kann in den nahe gelegenen Nationalpark gehen...wer Stadt und Menschen braucht, muss schon ca. 45min nach Zadar fahren.
es ist eher für den ruhigeren Urlauber etwas, dann aber genau das richtige!
Alles in allem...wir kommen wieder!!!

The properties are well maintained and the owner/manager was helpful and friendly.

We had the most amazing BBQ in the sunset on our first evening which produced some truely awesome photos. Although out of season the five of us were never without something to do and I think you would need a months holiday in Croatia to even begin to descover the place. The village we stayed in was lovely, the people were so friendly & the food was fabulous. I have already recommended Marinko's Paradise Apartments to everyone I know & highly recommend to anyone reading this, whether there's a group of you like us (20's-27's) or a couple wanting to get away, this is most definitely a place to consider!!

The owners,Marinko and his parents were really friendly and helpful,bringing us to the National Park for a days hiking as part of the service.They've gone to a lot of trouble to make the surrounding gardens attractive with lots of well cared for plants,there is a nice pool too and everything is pristine.The village itself has all you would need- several small supermarkets, a bank and restaurants within walking distance.We particularly enjoyed the fish platter at the waterside Dalmatia restaurant,excellent service too, though when we were there we were the last to leave at 10.30 so definitely not a hot spot for night life!The city of Zadar is only a 40 minute bus ride away so plenty to do there I'm sure, we were on a short break so didn't venture far afield.
All in all we had a really good break here and if we were staying longer there were plenty of outdoor pursuits in the vicinity which we promised to investigate on a return visit.Ideal for a relaxing get away, would genuinely recommend it and hope to return.

Per Internet suchten wir diese Unterkunft heraus, weil wir uns aufgrund der Bilder sehr angesprochen fühlten. Vor Ort waren wir nur noch begeistert: die Fotos entsprachen absolut der Realität!! Es ist traumhaft schön, sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem kann man in Verbindung mit einem kleinen Spaziergang die Restaurants, Cafes, Marktstände,...besuchen- alles im überschaubaren Rahmen. Trotzdem zog es uns immer wieder in unsere Anlage zurück, um dort auf der Terrasse zu zweit (oder auch in netter Runde mit weiteren Gästen) den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen. Wir haben uns selten so gut erholt wie in dieser sehr familiär geführten Anlage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr um ihre Gäste und deren Wohlergehen bemüht und dabei sehr liebenswert. So genossen wir abwechselnd einen Badetag und dann wieder die schöne nähere und weitere Umgebung ( z.B. Zadar; die Insel Pag, die Plitvicer Seen und den am Ortsrand gelegenen sehr imposanten Nationalpark). Die Tatsache, dass wir innerhalb von 30 Jahren zum ersten Mal ein Urlaubsdomizil direkt zum zweiten Mal buchen , spricht absolut für das Adria-Paradies und deren Besitzer.

Traumhafte Aussicht und die Nähe zum Wasser lassen keinen Wunsch übrig.
Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der sich um jeden Gast ausführlich kümmert.Ausstattung und Größe der Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben und für uns (4Personen) ausreichend. Die nähe zu den Nationalparks erlaubt es diese
auf jedenfall zu besuchen. Auch Zadar ist ein Ausflug wert. Super Gaststätten im Dorf und reichhaltiges Essen lassen den Urlaub gelingen. Besonders das Restaurant Bracoc in der mitte des Dofes hat es uns angetan.Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub in Kroatien. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Wer Enspannung sucht ist im Adria genau richtig. Kroatische Gastfreundschaft und Kölner Frohsinn, eine super Kombination.
Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Ist ordentlich und sauber.
Der hauseigene Strand bietet für jeden Urlauber Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Sollte das Meer einmal zu heftig sein steht noch ein Salzwasserpool zur Verfügung.
Das Wasser in Starigrad ist ein himmelblauer Traum.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit das Adria in unserer nächsten Urlaubsplanung wieder aufnehmen.
