La cortesia, gentilezza e premura dello staff.
La posizione della struttura, centralissima.
La ricca colazione con prodotti genuini.
La località.
Ho notato un po' di trascuratezza.
Le strade sporche, lungo le vie si vedevano molte case in abbandono, qualcuna appena restaurata e altre con lavori in corso.
Dava l'impressione di vivere in un luogo abbandonato, poco amato.
Il posto ha ottimi potenziali, ma la gente del luogo deve crederci.
Il mare è splendido.

Love the location near the ocean and the food and packages plus it was very clean and staff was warm
They forgot to give me back my passport and I ran into many problems and incurred many problems, charges and expenses and wasted two days reporting my passport lost and problems with the American embassy and returning home
Staff was very inattentive to detail
